HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! Food was purchased by my son on 6/12/24 for lunch and he ate a few spoonfuls before leaving the restaurant and should have returned it then. However he bought it home and I ate some and discovered that it the rice was scorched. After I finished my work shift we took it back to advise of the situation. He started out by stating that he usually has a good experience but today the food was scorched. This ended up being a horrible customer service experience. No apology was made about the food. When she opened the container the first thing that was yelled was did you get this from here. Of course you didn't want to take ownership of the overcooked, gooey rice as the receipt was being shown. I could hear her yelling at my son all the way in the parking lot! I went in to see what was happening and she then began to yell and accuse us of lying. About some rice? I asked if he could have a credit for a purchase for another time because he had to eat something else. This was which was an adamant no. We were not requesting a refund but the way we were spoken to was absolutely unacceptable. Then another one of the workers/owners started yelling and her customer resolution was that we didn't have to come back. Then asked me what took so long to bring it back. After explaining that I had to finish working then the excuse was that he shouldn't have asked for extra pea pods. So instead of just saying I'm sorry for your experience this time and making it right in front of other customers, they threw together half of what was purchased and shoved the container angrily under the glass without a bag. I am tired of these people providing this type of service in our neighborhoods where they will not spend one dime in. If you can't take some feedback and correct a situation or apologize to customers then you should not come back into our neighborhood and take our hard earned money for your over priced food and horrible customer service skills. It is never appropriate to yell at a customer. They are correct in saying then don't come back because...
Read moreI have never written a bad review until today. I've had bad food before but never bad enough to actually write a review about. I'm not even basing this off what I paid for the food because it wouldn't change even if it was free.
I ordered a Mongolian Beef, Orange Chicken and BBQ Pork Lo Mein. The only thing the Orange Chicken had going for it was the the color; the texture was that of something that came out of a freezer and into a microwave. It tasted like they forgot to add any sort of seasoning or spices and it smelled like rancid deep fryer oil.
The Mongolian Beef had barely had enough beef to cover a third of a dollar bill. It was literally a carton of onion in gravy.
The BBQ Pork Lo Mein: The pork itself tasted bland and stale.
The white rice that came with the food seemed like it was made the day before.
This was my first and LAST time getting food...
Read moreFirst time trying this place out for dinner take out. Let me start out with the staff was very friendly, credit machine was down so they were struggling a bit, but were very accommodating. The soups were some of the best I’ve had, my wife loved the hour and sour. My wonton soup was amazing! Its not your typical wonton with the noodles and chives, its loaded with veggies and meat, loved it. The hunan chicken was very tasty nice spice. Portions are very large, plenty of food even getting the small. The egg roll was blah, doughy and mushy inside and my chicken with broccoli was good but not great, if you like a light garlic sauce for that dish then you would probably really like it, i was looking for a little more bite. That said im definitely trying more menu options from this place and would recommend giving...
