Westfield Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Na-Au-Say Township

My family and I have been customers at Westfield for the past 22 years. Our last 5 orders through the drive through have been incorrect. Tonight I asked for a gyros salad. I was told they have a Greek salad that has gyro meat on it. I said fine but no onions. I asked for the sauce on the side. She asked me if Greek dressing was okay for the salad. I said sure but I want that on the side too. I paid and was told to pull up. There were already two cars in the drive. One pulled away with an order. The other pulled up. The young man taking orders out told me to "park in the lot somewhere"! When a girl came out with an order she handed half of the order to the car behind me then took it from them (during Covid) and brought it to my car. When I got home there was not a shred of gyros on the salad. I called to complain that this is a multiple occurrence. They were going to give me a credit for a Greek salad with gyro meat. They called me back to say there would be no credit because there was no mention of gyro meat on the receipt. Maybe because I was given misinformation? This was truly my first impression and visit and it was very disappointing. What went from perfect Saturday turned into a disastrous food poisoning and sickness.

I got the ribeye steak sandwich while my girlfriend got the breaded chicken. My steak sandwich was pretty good and i thought it would be done and done. Nope, apparently they cant cook or handle chicken at all. My girlfriend couldnt even move or do anything for the rest of the day because of the sandwich that came from here. I genuinely hope the motto isnt "Make sure to wash youre hands 'SOMETIMES' "

we have been patronizing this restaurant for many years just because its local even though food is just subpar..But tonight has made me feel as i will drive right passed westfield and go a little further for better food and service due to a mess up in order that i feel should have been easily rectified in a little better fashion by the manager in my opinion, with a quick partial credit or replacement of salad on next visit rather than to have my wife put her clothes back on and leave back out house at 10 o'clock to drive back to restaurant for another salad or refund after they messed up order.. totally unprofessional customer service never looking for anything free but for her to waste time and gas to go back i ask did this manager really do his due diligence to keep his customer happy or even satisfied .??? i think not!!!
