Subway — Restaurant in Na-Au-Say Township

I placed an order online and was told my order would be ready at 9:15pm, they’re hours show they close at 9:30. When I arrived at 9:10 the doors were locked and the individuals inside closed early and when I and multiple customers told them we had placed online orders we were told to come back the following day for our refunds, when I told the employee why was I charged if they weren’t going to do the order he told me “don’t worry about money man” and continued to walk to his car, as multiple customers that had placed online orders arrived this is absolutely unacceptable, I’ve worked in the restaurant business and you don’t close the doors 30 minutes before you close, the response from the employees was absolutely disgraceful and I will make sure I let everyone in the community know how customers are treated in this...

I've traveled across the country and have been to many subways and this is buy far the worst I've ever been to. My family had ordered online and arrived on time but they hadn't even started our order they then proceeded to make me wait 15 more minutes while helping other customers and gave away the last of the Italian herb and cheese bread which we had ordered and should have gotten if they had the order ready on time so we had to change our bread which sucked and also caused me to have to wait another 10 minutes in the store for an order that should have been done and should have had the correct ingredients if they didn't neglect to fill the order on time. If o could take back my 5 stars I would. There is an employee there that was extremely vindictive and rude. I don't like to be that customer as I work in retail myself but it's not difficult to make a simple sandwich. I asked for a lot of black olives she gave me litterally 5 I asked nicely for more and she gave me attitude I had to ask three more time for more black olives even though it still wasn't enough I just dealt with it even though I was more then tempted to ask for someone else to finish my sandwich. Then she was a vindictive b and soaked my sandwich in vingeat and oil when I asked for those on it I couldn't even eat the sandwhicht. I will never go there again when...
