McDonald's — Restaurant in Nacogdoches

Pictures included. Came Nov.30, 2022 after dark. I was standing, waiting for my order to be taken, for at least 5 minutes. The girl in the picture, with the long beige jacket, was eating a McFlurry the entire time. She looked right at me, and didn't even flinch. She continued to eat her McFlurry. And I just starred at her. The audasity. Once she decided to put it down, she then went to the fries & acted like she was working. The girl to the right of the picture, with the dark red braids, she eventually took my order. I did note- the girl with the red braids was actually doing a lot of work. While the girl in the beige jacket was just standing around, eating. And where was she standing at? Right where all the customers could see her- right there beside the fries. This is horrible customer service. HORRIBLE!!!!! How do you see guests waiting to be served, & continue to eat on the job? I even had customers standing behind me in line, waiting. Please roll the camers back!!! I hope McDonald's isn't paying...

I received the wrong order at the drive thru, so I turned around and drove a mile back to get the correct order. I'd already started eating the fries before I realized they gave me the wrong food. I gave them my receipt, explained what happened, and the lady went to get the manager. The manager comes out with my order and asks for the other food back. I couldn't believe it, but I just want my food so I went back to my car to get the other order and handed it to her. Why would they want the food back? It's been in my car. My hand was in the fries. I cannot be certain they intend to give that food to someone else, but I cannot think of any other reason they would ask for food back. Why not give the food to the customer you just made drive back to correct YOUR mistake when it's supposed to go in the trash?

This is the absolutely worst McDonald's that I have ever been to. There's almost always something wrong with my order when I go here. Two weeks ago they forgot to put chicken on my wife's McChicken. Today, (a long with many other days) I ordered a large order of fries for her and the container was half full. This happens a lot. I'm so sure that I'm not the only one experiencing this from this location. There was one manager that told me that I should check my order before I leave.......I shouldn't have to. It I've never had to check my order at any restaurant until I moved to Bryan, TX in '12 but, after moving to Nacogdoches, TX in '16, I quickly saw that this location is definitely a lot worse all around.
