Russian River is a great place to call "home". Management will always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to your needs and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by a very friendly maintenance worker. The pool area is lovely and is always kept clean. I love the convenience of being close to the SFA campus (I have walked to class before, about a 15-minute walk) and easy access to North Street. This community is located conveniently in the middle of town, to the left is campus, to the right is shopping. Having Walgreens behind the complex comes in handy for late night snack runs. Do not let the construction on Austin Street discourage you, when the construction is complete you will LOVE the convenience of avoiding traffic on North St and taking the back roads. The apartment itself is very spacious. I fit a queen mattress, desk, chair, small dresser, and a nightstand in the smaller bedroom perfectly fine. In the bigger bedroom you can fit that and then some. You can easily fit a love seat, a recliner, end table, TV stand, and coffee table in the living room. In the dining room area, you can fit a small dining table. The restroom is big as well with space to put a toilet rack for storage. The kitchen is a decent size, you will get used to the smaller kitchen space (not enough counter space? You can fit a bakerâs rack in the dining area!). Furthermore, this place is VERY pet-friendly, there are lots of waggingâ tails on property and staff always has treats for them in the office! There are plenty of dog waste stations around the property, which contributes to the cleanliness of the grounds. Overall, I am beyond happy that I chose to live here, it has been the best living experience! All-bills paid, fast maintenance, friendly staff, and beautiful grounds are just the...
Read moreOn July 2018, I was looking for apartments in Nacogdoches. I was a masters student for the fall and spring 19. At first we all do the usual of getting on a apartment website which can be overwhelming. Believe it or not to any reader reading this I went to apartments. Com And zoomed to each potential apartments I were to chose, you know looking the pool, interior and exterior features/ amenities and this was like a BOTANICAL GARDEN. Beautiful flowers, trees, and of course my favorite! A banana plant that had actual bananas ( itâs still here by the way, and Iâve had a ripe banana from it). Now youâre wondering why any of this has anything to do as far as living situation. Now a saying goes, â if you can take care of a plant, that doesnât even speak to you, says a lot about characterâ.
I like this community & it has character. The amazing plants, flowers to trees are catered to by one of the most hardworking maintenance staff MR. GARCIA.
The same hard work is complimented by KAYLA & HARLEY. Harley and Kayla are very professional and passionate towards achieving a tenantâs needs. One day I contacted Kayla about a minor sink issue, I received a call and was fixed within 30 minutes. Now your wondering whatâs special about that, but my girlfriend was shocked by the action time and solution, that she wished she stayed at my apartment complex. Harley, went to the extent of recommending me potential jobs in a new area for me when I first got here. Garcia even took time to help me set a tv wall mount given I didnât have a drill. Restaurants and grocery stores are nearby & Walgreens right next to you. I highly recommend a visit and come check out this place I call home...
Read moreRussian River was decent, but I can't say that I recommend it. In the beginning, everything was great. It is pretty peaceful for being a complex primarily inhabited by students. The staff is nice, but there is always one reason or another why the office would be closed for hours. I was lucky the days I could pick up my packages. Overall, the apartments are okay at best. Even the UPS delivery man told me he would not trust the location. You can do better for $450 even with all bills paid (I was in a 2 bedroom). You can walk to campus but I wouldn't consider it walking distance, especially in the rain or bad weather. Unless you're planning on paying with financial aid, I...
