We recently had the pleasure of visiting Backstage Vineyard in Napa, and I can confidently say it was one of the highlights of our trip! This charming vineyard offers not only exquisite wines but also a truly unique and intimate experience that sets it apart from the rest.

From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming atmosphere enveloped us. Gabriel was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their wines, making us feel right at home. His enthusiasm and expertise added so much to our tasting experience. He took the time to share stories about the vineyard's history and the winemaking process, making each sip even more enjoyable along with sharing intricate pairing recipes including the shrimp scampi infused with the Chardonnay.

The wines themselves were outstanding. We particularly loved the rich, full-bodied reds and the crisp, refreshing whites. Each pour was a delightful journey through the flavors of Napa Valley. The setting is simply breathtaking, with stunning views of the rolling hills and lush vineyards that make you feel like you’ve stepped into a postcard.

If you're looking for a place to unwind and savor some of the best wines Napa has to offer, look no further than Backstage Vineyard. Thank you, Gabriel, for making our visit so memorable! We can't wait to return and share this hidden gem with our...

We recently had the pleasure of visiting Backstage Winery as part of a trolley tour, and it quickly became the highlight of our trip. The charm of this winery is unparalleled, and we found ourselves extending our stay to soak in more of the beautiful vineyard views and the delightful company of talking birds that added a unique touch to the atmosphere.

The wines at Backstage Winery are simply some of the best we have ever tasted. Each sip was a testament to the quality and passion that goes into their winemaking process. We were particularly impressed with the variety and depth of flavors, making it a truly memorable tasting experience.

We must also extend our compliments to the owners for creating such a welcoming and enchanting environment. A special shoutout to Joey, who played a pivotal role in enhancing our visit. His knowledge of the winery’s history and his ability to broaden our wine experience with insightful explanations made our visit even more enjoyable.

We rolled in to Backstage a bit late in the day after having already been turned away by a few other tasting rooms nearby for not having made a reservation in advance. The folks at Backstage were super welcoming and unpretentious! Their super chill and super positive attitude was so appreciated. Joey served us two flights. No fuss about who was sharing a sip here and there. He was so knowledgable and friendly and really made the experience special. He was able to read our group really well as to pace and how much information to add. We ended up buying several bottles of wine which we are super excited to share with family and friends soon. All of the wines we tasted were excellent but a few really stood out. The rose we tried had hints of various fruits but wasn't too sweet. The zin was just phenomenal. All the cabs were great but the Oak Knoll was something truly special. Joey: thank you for making our stop at Backstage a great experience! We will most...

We were very fortunate to have this winery added onto a tour we did in Napa. We visited Backstage a couple of weeks ago with a great group of women traveling from Atlanta. We sat out in the back area with a picnic table and vineyards in the background. The founder and winemaker guided us through their wines, how they are made with his unique finishes to produce a great wine. He got personal and shared his journey and how he became a winemaker after changing his career path. It was a very special visit and really interesting to learn about the wine making process. He and his family are committed to producing a great line of wines. If you have the opportunity, do check it out. The wines are delicious! Knowing more about the process, care and cycle of growing made the wine extra special.

Great experience with a group of 19 friends. Backstage hosted us to a tasting next to the vines. We were outdoors, in the shade, and surrounded by all of Napa's beauty. Gabriel was our wonderful guide - enthusiastic, charming, and full of knowledge. He took us through our tasting and gave a brief history of Backstage, grape growing, and how they make their wonderful wines. Some of us had the Backstage mixed flight, while others chose all reds. We disagree about which we thought was best, but everyone found a delicious favorite. Thank you Backstage, and Gabriel, for a memorable day and wonderful wines.
