Wine drunk brings on the Indian food munchies and this place fit the bill!
After an afternoon in Napa, we found this place via Yelp - the reviews, star rating, and our hunger sold us on this place for us to feast!
We were a party of 7 (+ dog), so we called ahead to make a reservation. The place is located in a strip plaza off of a semi-main road. There is decent parking outside, and we had no trouble finding the place with the help of GPS.
Inside, it's quite large! We are met with an inviting hallway where the host checked us in and led us to our table, which was already set for our group and doggo :) (our canine companion is a service animal.)
The waiter was quick with bringing out the palate cleansers and our drinks. They have a nice list of beers - we tried the Taj brand and it was pretty decent!
We ended up ordering from the small and large plate menu - all vegetarian, and family styled the whole meal. I found the food to be really delicious - good use of ingredients, solid portion sizes that we all were able to enjoy a little of everything, and appreciated the plentiful of veggie friendly offerings.
The service was quick and friendly. The waiters made sure we always had our drinks full and checked in on us regularly asking how we were enjoying the dishes.
Would definitely recommend this place for solid Indian nom. Come with an empty stomach and order a few things since the menu...

If you’ve ever wanted the exclusive, VIP fine-dining experience—where you and your party are the only souls in the restaurant—look no further than Aroma Indian! From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for something special. Mostly because we were the only people there.
Was it a private event? Had they closed just for us? Were we about to be recruited for a secret spy mission? The suspense was thrilling. But no, it turns out we just picked a quiet time. Which meant unlimited attention from the staff, food that arrived at lightning speed, and the ability to pretend we had rented out the entire restaurant like billionaires.
The food? Absolutely incredible. Every bite packed with rich, aromatic spices that made us question why we don’t eat Indian food every day. The butter chicken? Divine. The naan? So fluffy it could double as a pillow. The samosas? Crisp, golden, and perfect.
By the end of the meal, we were stuffed, happy, and still the only people in the restaurant. Honestly, it was a 10/10 experience. If you ever want top-tier Indian food with the ambiance of a private dining club (but at normal people prices), Aroma Indian is the...
Read moreEven after letting the waiter know about my friend's nut allergy and listing the specific nuts that she was allergic too, this information was still disregarded, and she ended up having a reaction. She had to force herself to throw up in the restroom. Upon informing the wait staff, the initial waiter did apologize and was replaced with a new one. However, this new waiter found it necessary to say that my friend should've let the restaurant know that she had a nut allergy (she did). Why he thought it appropriate to lecture my friend, not once but three times, while she was having a reaction is beyond me. The item (vegetable biryani) had NO indication on the menu that there were nuts on it, in the description or otherwise while other items did. It is the responsibility of the restaurant to ensure that their patrons can eat safely, especially when they're informed of allergies prior. While they did not charge my friend for the meal that caused her reaction, she still had to pay for the rest. Not at any point did the manager or owner approach her to apologize or anything. Meanwhile, hours later, my friend is still recovering....
