My Sister and I went to this Burger King on May 10th and I will NEVER go there again. The sign said Dine In was Open. My Sister and I walked up, to the dining room doors at 4:30pm and when we tried opening the doors, they were locked and there were employees standing around talking. We ended up going through Drive Thru and we were the third car, in line and a poor truck driver was standing in Drive Thru, to order his food. It took 30 minutes to get our food and when we done receiving our food, the poor truck driver was still standing across, from the Drive Thru window, waiting for his food. I called on May 13th and spoke to the manager and told her about this awful experience and all she kept telling me was, we're short staffed and the employees will lock the front door, if short staffed. I explained all these employees were just standing around talking. She informed me, she could only hire sixteen and seventeen year olds and that no adults are willing to work there. I was also traveling up North and having to spend 30 minutes in Drive Thru was ridiculous. I should of gone to McDonalds across the street and I have been to that McDonalds and there food is great and service is excellent! At least, McDonalds's takes care of there customers. Read moreTook a pit stop after a day in Oregon, the blonde cashier was the only pleasant thing there. She kindly took our order and it was a to-go order of 1 regular chicken fries and 2 fiery chicken fries. We get our order and head to our car, I opened the first box and it turned out to be mozzarella sticks, open the second box, more mozzarella sticks. 1/3 items correct, luckily we hadn’t left the parking lot so we go back inside to correct our order. There was a male cashier this time and we told him our order was wrong and the tall girl with black hair who was working the drive-thru comes out and says to him, “oh yeah, I accidentally gave them the wrong things.” She didn’t even say that to us or acknowledge her mistakes, not even a sorry. We then had to wait again for them to make our fries and we watched her throw away the two boxes of mozzarella sticks she wrongly gave us. She gave us our order, no sorry, no acknowledgement of her messing up. I get it, I’m sure it’s been a long day but we didn’t give anybody a hard time and didn’t even cause a scene. We entered the restaurant to sit down as we were waiting to pick up our food and it had been awhile so I went to the front counter to ask and over heard the cooks complaining "literally about our order" and they were not paying attention to the front and after they were about to make another comment they noticed me and got all wide eyed. The food was either severely overcooked, our chicken fries were literally ineligible they were so hard. It was like eating a chip. The French fries were not done either! Our milkshake that we waited the longest was half melted (I understand it's soft serve, but I've had soft serve milk shakes before). The onion rings weren't awful. The burger was great, literally the only good thing about our experience. We sat and waited for 30+ minutes. I could of sat down at rib eye and enjoyed am actual meal vs this.
