The owner & Managers need zero stars! My wife and I went to this restaurant numerous times late last year 2017. The reason was we got these coupons in the mail. I don't always like getting cold food so we usually don't buy sandwiches for dinner that often... But I like to save money. I asked if they accepted them just in case... they said they did. The coupons were awesome and we went there almost every day. I started to like the sandwiches because they were such a good price I started trying other flavors and add on's... I have been getting the same type for over 15 years. We used all the coupons and went there a few times full price. A couple months later we get more coupons in the mail. Excited to get more sandwiches we headed off to Subway. I got in line ordered our food and THEN CAME THE BILL it was FULL PRICE. I asked why??? ... they weren't accepting them anymore... Excuse minimum wage went up.... Well where is the sign on the door or at the ordering glass? I shouldn't of been so prideful and just left without the sandwiches. I am very unsatisfied with how this owner handled their change in policy. I feel ripped off. PUT LARGE SIGNS UP IF YOU ARE NO LONGER HONORING SUBWAY COUPONS!! Read moreI was excited that there was a drive up. I ordered my sandwich on the touch screen. Then when I got up to the window I specified a couple of things about the sandwich and asked that each half be wrapped separately because I was driving and I knew I wasn't going to be able to eat the whole sandwich at once in the parking lot. I ordered a side of chicken for my dog and asked it be warmed up a little bit besided. Chicken was so hot. I had to let it cool quite a bit before I can feed it to the dog. My sandwich which I had ordered to be toasted and with extra cheese did not have the extra cheese was not toasted and was not wrapped with each half separately. The person that took my order it's not the person that handed me my sandwich through the window. The person who took the order was very pleasant and friendly. The guy that gave me the sandwich just kind of chucked it at the wind out the window at me and shut it right away. Also, there were no napkins in the bag. I think it kind of goes without saying that. Read moreAs a truck driver that comes through Napavine daily I have been to this Subway a total of 4 times. Here’s the kicker, I ORDERED THE #4!!!!! All 4 times my order was wrong. Never went back in and complained til today. Nothing but meat and mayo. How does this happen at Subway??? The thought of that #4 with all the fixings’ really got my doinger doingin’. I ordered the sand which number 4 on thier clearly marked sand which board that includes all cheeses, veggies ect. I even pointed to the #4 that clearly hung up behind them. They still tried to pass the buck onto me like it was my fault I ordered the #4. Maybe their predjudiced against fat guys that order the #4. No one even looked at that # 4 on the clearly lit sandwhich board that hung behind them.
