Dunkin' — Restaurant in Naperville

Stopped by Saturday October 6th around 3pm...ordered a large coffee and a medium iced coffee. Paid with a $100 bill and the cashier was not happy about me paying w/large bill. When I tried to drink the coffee 20 minutes later I noticed the cup of the large coffee was a used one...the lid was dirty and the sip/peel coupon thing was already peeled off...I felt sick by thinking who else has used this cup. This guy clearly did not like me playing w/large bill but why selling me coffee in a used cup? What else can he do if he's not happy with customers? Very unprofessional. I did not keep the receipt so I did not go back to complain. Certainly not going back to...

I personally would rate this much higher for the morning crew I never had a problem out of them they always have been very nice to me and my coffee always fresh but the guy that works the afternoon shift has to be one the worse person’s in life he makes you feel very unwelcome not friendly at all never smiles act like he hates that you walked through the door I’m not one for wishing someone out of a job but seriously when you have job dealing with the public you should know how to try them with kindness courtesy and respect NONE of which this guy does at so if I could give him less then a half star I would but the morning...

This is by far the worst Dunkin' Donuts and it’s unfortunate that I live only five minutes away. While it's nice to walk there in the summer, it’s just not worth it. They consistently close earlier than the hours posted, which is frustrating. Their doughnut selection is always poor, no matter what time of day you visit. It feels like there are hardly any doughnuts left at all. To top it off, the staff is rude every single time. You genuinely feel like you're inconveniencing them by coming in to spend money on coffee and donuts. It’s a real shame because I had hoped this would be a reliable spot, but it just falls...
