We ordered a 6 inch red velvet cream frosting for my birthday this last month. Now we have been avid customers for a long time now. Upon serving my cake I suddenly realized the cake was DRY and very DENSE. we returned the cake for examination by the owner. The owner deemed the cake fine and thought nothing to call us and let us know their decision. We finally called back to find out. essentially I spent $40 on two slices of my cake, received horrible customer service and didn’t even get a cake. Would not recommend this...

Spent an afternoon on Naperville and went to the Le Chocolat du Bouchard to pick up some chocolates for taking back home for the family. The shop is really lovely, and the lady who helped me pick the chocolates was really warm and friendly, and provided good suggestions. I hosted a baby shower with the theme of afternoon tea. Ordered assorted pastries along with macaroons as party favors. The bakery knew the shower was for a baby boy and surprised us with custom pastries reflecting that! All the guests were very impressed and thought the pastries were delicious.
