Robeks Fresh Juices & Smoothies — Restaurant in Naperville

I love going to this place and go often after work. I went to check the menu and saw some negative reviews and of course had to read them because it's hard to believe. I wouldn't call the other reviews liars, but I do feel the need to put my 2 cents in:

I've never had any trouble with any of the women or men working here, maybe it's because I'm polite and say please&thank you having worked in food service before, but they have always been incredibly kind to me no matter how busy it is. And I certainly haven't seen any inappropriate behavior in the store, just co-workers doing their best to get themselves and each other through a possibly hard day a work.

I usually order the same thing when I go in and I make myself a pain by ordering it custom, how I like and how I find it healthy, none of the staff have ever complained or made me order something that I didn't want. If it has lots of sugar or fat in it, I'm not gonna blame them for something I ordered, the ingredients are clearly shown on the menu.

I will say the prices are not cheap, but 9 out of 10 times I legit feel better, as in healthier, after having one, which makes the price worth it to me.

Overall this place is great! The smoothies do vary based on which staff member makes it, that can't be helped, but are still solidly consistent. The staff always has a smile for me and usually doesn't even bother asking what I want, but rather how many, which I appreciate greatly.

We go to Robeks in Naperville almost every weekend and enjoy our experience every time. When we come into their business they greet us with open arms like family. Paul and his staff are very professional. Teagen is also a great asset to the company she always remembers the kind of smoothies we like ! The smoothies are better than any I have tried in the surrounding areas. The first time I was introduced to Robeks was by my good friend Jimmy when I flew out to San Diego California. He told me you have to try these smoothies and when I tired them I was thinking to myself I wish we had these back home in Illinois. Sure enough about a year later I saw the Robeks on Rt. 59 in Naperville and was shocked and began frequenting their establishment regularly. Whenever we vacation to Florida and San Diego California we are always trying to locate the nearest Robeks to get our mornings started feeling fresh ! I love to eat healthy and enjoy eating clean fresh fruits and vegetables but it can be a bit of a chore to cut and prep and blend all of the fruits and vegetables at your own home. I love how convienient Robeks makes this process of creating a fresh healthy smoothie in a short period of time. Me and my friend walked in and immediately felt judged by the two girls that were working on 3/24. We were not greeted when entering or leaving the store, also the customer service was terrible. It was our first time going there and the girl named Rachel that took our order asked us 3+ times if we were ready in a very rude way. After taking our order she didn't tell us how long it would be or any information at all even though we previously mentioned its our first time here, once it was ready she just said "heres your bowl" without even looking in our direction.
