Aroma Joe's — Restaurant in Naples

Ive been going to AJs for years, Naples never had the best service, but in the last year its gotten completely unbearable. The staff are so completely uncoordinated and incapable of working together.

Today I was the Second Car in line (One at each window, one waiting, and then me.) It took 10 minuets to get to the window to order. 5 minuets to move up to the second window, and 15 minuets to get our 2 rushes. All in all we were there for over 30 minuets and the cars in front of us had already been waiting.

There is a younger girl there that is just a complete train wreck, and we get the impression no one can correct any of her mistakes without her causing issues. She's been there for awhile and its always a mess when she's working.

While we were waiting she came up to the window with a coffee that was not ours and barked at the man working at the ovens where her sandwich was. He had to tell her the order was for the counter and not drive through.

A few more minuets passed and he tried to hand me a pup cup and food. I told him those where not mine, and told him what we had ordered. He apologized and went to check the order screen, he came back and asked me to repeat what we had ordered (Very pleasant, he was obviously just realizing the mistake the girl had made and was correcting it.)

The girl had cleared the wrong order from the system when she brough the wrong order to the window. He got the full order and ran back to make it. She then came up the the window and demanded I repeat the order again, I can hear the man saying he's got it in the back ground and then she asks if I paid for it.

I used the app and had seen the confirmation of my order come up. I told her it was paid for and she stormed off. The man came back with the correct drinks and apologized. They desperately need to...

Out of town, stopped in on a.Sunday afternoon. First person in line, waited 5 minutes, my order was not taken. I was also not addressed. 2 people behind counter were handling drive-thru. As I was waiting, and during that 5 minutes 8 people walked in the door. I waited a bit longer, and person preparing drinks decided to go text someone to come help them. Walked away, leaving a line full of people. I walked out, mentioned to the rest of the line that I have now been waiting 10 minutes for a cup of coffee, may want to go elsewhere. Went in yesterday as we normally due, they were training new staff (no biggy) we ordered our drinks and left. The drinks were disgusting. We called a bit later to address our concern and the “manager” told us that only the person who made our drinks could give us a free one. I described the worker and the manager told us No. I asked to speak to another manager and she told me she’s the only one. Then she hung up on me. I’ve had WAY better service and drinks from this location. Hopefully an extra call will yield better results. 32oz Rushes are $7.50 a pop. I work hard...
