Dunkin' — Restaurant in Napoleon Township

This is a nice new DD just off US24 in Napoleon. The pleasant interior shows off its newness with a spacious seating area. The menu features some nice coffee creations, a few good sandwiches and, of course, the tasty donuts. My wife loves the Cookie Butter Cold Brew and appreciates a Chocolate Munchkin. I personally might also have a Munchkin but the major attraction for me is the coffee. The efficient service at this location is delivered in a very polite manner. The prices are reasonable for their terrific treats making the fare here a good value. We'll continue to patronize this place as it's on our way to visit...

I absolutely love this Dunkin! They are always freaky fast with my mobile orders. The staff actually went above and beyond today. I was waiting for the food in my mobile order, and I could tell that they were swamped and training a staff member. After a few minutes, one of the girls asked if I needed anything. I assume someone accidentally took my item from the pickup. I let them know what I was waiting on and they checked in on it right away. They made it right, and actually gave me an extra items for having to wait. I shouldn’t be surprised, all of the staff always does...

I'm a regular. I have a particular dietary restrictions, and their egg bites are really the one thing that I can eat without fear of ...issues. But what sets this Dunkin apart, IMO, is the staff.
