Ket's talk about awful horrible customer service. I ordered my daughter 6th birthday cake from here and I wish I wouldn't. I called in and talked to a gentleman he told me what I'm looking for after sending the picture of the cake I wa t is $90 but thats the maximum so he said he will have his manager to contact me before paying bevause it would be less than $90. Next day I didn't hear anything, 3 days passed and I got an Email it would cost $100, NOT LESS EVER MORE THAN WHAT HE SAID! I immediately replied back I was told it would be less didn't expect a higher quote. She replied immediately oh sorry for the confusion, I can do it for $90 but with less details! I NEVER ASKED FOF LESS DETAILS. Pick up date comes and my boyfriend picked up the cake brought it home complaining! They literally put a tall cake inside a short box and the surface of the cake which was the most important part was smashed! I called and complained bevause I had no more time to order another cake, her assistant and the owner herself(OWNER IS VERY RUDE AND SNAPPY PLUS RACCIST) yelled on the one and try to blame it on me the cake is smashed! It's a common sense if you have a brain! If cake is tall, you dont put the cake in a short box!!!!! USE YOUR BRAIN PEOPLE! I ended up having my boyfriend to drop off the cake again so they can fix it and I picked it up later. My total experience with them was horrible if it wasn't because of my daughter I would have returned the whole cake to begin with. Please please save your money and time and go somewhere else! Also they didn't even write happy 6th birthday to my daughter on the cake as I requested it. What a shame. I wish I could give them zero star. One star is too much for you guys. Buckley's in Merrimack is the best snd they have the best customer service, I'll take my business over there from now on. Also I had a work meeting that day, I was so frustrated I named your business with your location abd shared it with all my peers so they know not to do any business with you. SHAME...

We’ve loved their donuts and pies, but when I saw their post on Facebook about the “Better than Boiled dinner” (I’ll share the details below) I had to order it for a St. Patty’s celebration!
That meal was hands down one of the best entrees and desserts I’ve had from a restaurant in a very long time. Everything was so flavorful, delicious, and made with expertise and care. I’ve never visited Ireland, but I sure felt like I was there!
The dessert didn’t make it to the photo since we inhaled those, whoops! But the leftovers are still just as amazing. 100% recommended not only for their delicious breakfast treats and pastries, but also for their outstanding kitchen offerings. I can only hope they offer the “Better than Boiled dinner” again, it was amazing.
Very friendly staff, reasonable prices, and delicious food, plus you’re supporting a local business. Absolutely follow them on Facebook or other social media! I would have missed this offering without it!

Read moreHave been purchasing angel food cakes with chocolate frosting for as long as I can remember. I purchased one about a month ago and it was good. It was "a little stale," but still was great. I also purchased an apple turnover and it had absolutely no flavor and was so dry.
I purchased one last weekend along with an eclair and a brownie. The eclair was okay at best (tasted days old). It was stale and had no taste. The brownie was not good. It also tasted days old and the flavor of it was just awful. The angel food cake with chocolate frosting was the absolute worst. My husband and I both had a piece when I returned home after a 30 minute drive. My husband immediately said the frosting tasted different. When I took my bite, I completely agreed with him. It tasted like Duncan Hines' frosting with a lot of salt in it. It was absolutely disgusting.
The next day, they were closed, so I emailed them to advise them of the problem with the angel food cake. I asked for a refund as I paid $17.99 and with 3 bites taken, I felt as though a refund was fair. I have not heard back from them and I am out $17.99 for the worst cake I have ever tasted.
They have lost my business forever. The quality of the baked goods has gone down significantly over the last year. Baked goods taste days old, some have little to no flavor, and others (like the angel food cake) were the worst I have ever tasted.
It's quite a shame that I have been going there for 20+ years and the quality over the last 4 or so years has been going down and the last year has been the worst so far. I know that they want to appeal to a younger crowd and "catch up with the times" as the lady waiting on me told me, but come on, at least make a quality good and have good...
