Liquid Therapy Brewery & Grill — Restaurant in Nashua

I didn't take any pictures of the food because it was so good I couldn't help but dig in. We happened to be sitting next to the chef and his recommendations were great, we got the spicy grilled chicken wrap with a side of Parmesan rosemary tots. The spice level was just right for me but a little too much for my mom, I love spicy food more than most so beware. We also had the BBQ nachos, one of several varieties, I'm looking forward to trying the others because they were amazing!! They lay them all out like a pizza so every bite has a good portion of topping, not piled so high you don't know where to start or smothered with toppings turning it soggy.

They have 15 craft brews on draft, a good variety of options, a few sours, stouts a pilsner a cider and lots of IPA's. They also make beer cocktails that I did not try but did love their Summahtime old fashioned. Looking forward to trying a few more of the renditions they have of one of my favorite cocktails as well.

We happened to go for a bonsai class and the owner was making the bar as the worker scheduled wasn't able to make it. For how busy it was, he did a fantastic job communicating with customers, checking in and keeping up with a pretty busy night for one person with a full bar and mostly full dining area. I noticed this place had 5 stars across the board and I thought Impossible. I FINALLY went and OMG the food is PHENOMENAL the drinks are so good. My husband does not like beer at all and at the first one he tried he was blown away. Even good prices and service with the exception of one server I addressed by accident. Instead of politely just letting me know that my server would be right with me she had the nastiest attitude but whatever. My server was awesome. The only thing is I went for comedy night and happened to sit right by a VERY noise bunch who were so rude loud and disrespectful that we couldn't even hear the comedians. We left because of them. I won't remove points for that because it was not the establishment just ill mannered customers. They were addressed by management to quiet down at least 3 times and I HOPE at some point were eventually escorted out if they kept that obnoxious behavior going. I will definitely be going back. Im super excited about the idea of some comic relief in Nashua. Hopefully those loud customers never go there again. I didn't even know adults still acted...

I have been trying to go here for the past 2 Thursdays and they are full because of limited seating during the current covid situation. Today I decided to call ahead to see if there was a way to get seating for 2. The phone kept ringing and ringing and I finally I hung up. Next thing you know, my phone rang and it was Liquid Theropy calling me back. I probably spoke to one of the nicest people who let me know that Thursdays are trivia and the evenings are very busy (this now makes sense why I could not get in the last two Thursdays). He made sure that tonight my wife and I would have seating outside for 2 and he looks forward to my visit. Come to find out, it was Stan who was one of the owners. I appreciate the time he took to 1) call me back 2) make sure that on my once a week trip to Nashua I am able to check out the place....
