I will definitely be coming back due to a nice experience!
I went in on a random Wednesday at 2 p.m., so it was pretty empty. I went up to the register and explained to the dude, taking my order that it was my first time. The dude in question is named Lance, the general manager. He was a chill dude who, in learning it was my first time at the establishment, explained to me how the menu worked with a laid-back and cheerful expression.
You can order at the register or on one of two kiosks that is immediately to the left when you enter.
I ended up getting a Big Bro combo. The combo consists of a Philly cheesteak, fries, and a fountain drink. I knew I would be getting fries with that combo, but I was pleasantly surprised when my food came out and my fries were seasoned, too! I just expected them to be salted (which would have been fine, too).
My Philly cheesteak was yummy! The meat was seasoned well, and the cheese was ooey and gooey. The bread-to-meat ratio was just fine to me.
For ice lovers, they have the small crunchy ice! The good kind! ;)

Read moreI am a Philly Cheesesteak lover. Because I love them so much, I usually try them on any new menu I find. But when I find a great one in this part of the country, I want to let everyone know. We took a small group of friends and everyone was blown away with the food here. Everything tasted super fresh, and the rolls they use are the real deal, which is key. We had the regular cheesesteak this time, and I can’t wait to go back to try another kind. They even offer cheese whiz, which is a must! The crinkle fries are perfect, crispy on the outside with a flavorful seasoning. The staff is very friendly and eager to give a great experience. The food came out really quickly and the prices are very reasonable. It’s a little hard to find the first time, in the maze of the new Silo developments in The Nations, but easy to get to once you see where it is. And there is FREE parking and plenty of it (take note, Nashville City Planners)! I highly recommend trying this place. And take some friends, there’s plenty of room for larger groups....
