China Spring — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

Ordered uber eats from here today. It is literally soo good. It’s my new go-to Chinese food. The egg drop soup and wontons are the best I’ve had in years! None of my items were missing which is always a relief. The fried rice and sweet and sour chicken were great. The teriyaki chicken (on a stick) was cooked perfect and yummy. Not the overcooked thin stuff you get at other places sometimes. So happy with the quality of the food. My only complaint was that there were no soy sauce packets included. But the food is so good I can overlook that! They just made a customer for life! 10/10 would highly recommend...

Absolutely reaffirmed my deep fear and loathing of the typical American hole in the wall Chinese food joints, but on that Friday night when most of the area had no electricity and the restaurants were slammed, we didn't have time for anything else so we rolled the dice.... and lost - it was just awful. General Taos was way over breaded, and the sauce was basically duck sauce... egg rolls were mush, and the shrimp tasted like it had been used to swab horse stalls. Awful. Reliably good (American) Chinese food with a varied menu. Pre-ordering and paying via their website is a snap - first time/place a restaurant's online ordering has ever worked flawlessly for me, repeatedly (note - it's pickup/take-out only, no dining in). Portions are good, food is always hot at pickup. Prices seem to be about the same as other similar places in the area. Still lots of things on their menu I haven't tried but will...
