The last 2 times that I visited this location was bad. I ordered tuna sub. The lady proceed to make my sandwich but she was low on the tuna. She then brought out some New batch of it and I was excited for some fresh tuna. Well, she didn’t use the new tuna. She used the old one that’s been sitting under that pan for who know how long. She scraped every bit of that remaining watery, greasy tuna that’s been sitting and slapped it on my sandwich. The lettuce was wilted and brown. It was not what you call a “fresh” sandwich. I took that thing home only to toss it away. The 2nd bad experience was the meatball sub. That thing had more sauce than meatballs. It was also a messy, sloppy experience. Read moreI work for amazon and came to this subway for lunch at roughly 3:30 pm on 1/22/21 . The young girl working asked me if i had a mask upon entering and i stated i didn't and she advised i needed a mask for service while another customer was sitting no more than 3 feet from me without a mask . The other customer was "eating" so it was ok for her not to have one even though logically and scientifically we are still breathing the same air at this point . I feel absolutely alienated by these employees and was told i would have to have a mask to spend my hard earned money there .

When we walked in I asked Mike (the older gentleman) if they were closed twice, he finally responded with “yes, in a few minutes” and was not happy that we were coming to get a sandwich. He was very nasty and the young man behind the counter followed his lead. Suggestions: if closing time is actually 950 then close the doors and turn off lights at 950.
