It was not good. I tried this for the first time today, and I really think that Dairy Queen should stick to what they know, which is soft serve ice cream and Blizzards. They do a terrible job with food. Quite honestly, I've had better food at truck stops. MUCH better food at truck stops. And also, this was an extremely expensive lunch for what it was. I spent almost $9 here for lunch and that was WITH a coupon. The cheeseburger I got was absolutely disgusting. I've had cheeseburgers that were frozen that tasted better. It tasted like something that was a week old that had been peeled off the floor and then reheated. It's honestly the most terrible cheeseburger I've ever had in my life. The onion rings really were pretty good, but not as good as what they were charging. Those were the best part of the actual meal though. I also got a Blizzard, which of course was delicious, because this is what Dairy Queen is known for. So I liked the Blizzard. When I got to my car, and I do mean literally the second I sat back into my car after I got my food, I got an email notification on my phone for my birthday buy one get one free Blizzard. It actually really annoyed me because I had just bought my food and spent $9 for this ridiculous meal that included a Blizzard and then I get this coupon for a buy one get one free. Which of course I couldn't use because I had already paid. I probably won't return to Dairy Queen even though I have this coupon, because the food was so bad. Like it was really inedible. I just don't want to give them anymore of my money after this experience, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone...unless of course you're going there to ONLY get the ice cream. PLEASE, if you value your life, don't get the food. My stomach still hurts from this very expensive lunch that basically didn't even rise to the level of fast food. Read moreArrived and there were 2 cars in the drive through and a patio full of people. Hours say 10, we were there before 9. Sat at the drive thru speaker for several minutes. No one answered or responded. So we pulled up behind the cars in line for the window. All were served. Came to our turn and multiple employees walked by the window and ignored us, we even waved and one said “hello” then never came up. Finally we got someone to come and she stated “we’re closed” we asked what time and she informed us we close at 9. We reminded them we were in the drive thru before 9 and they told us sorry were closed. After multiple requests finally got a manager. We kindly explained the same situation. She straight up lied to us and said at 9 she walked out and turned off the lights so we got there after 9. This never happened. We were there before 9 and the cars in front of us were served. She then refused to give us a card for the store manager and consistently was extremely rude. One of the employees even walked behind her saying loudly “just go to sonic god” .... I have never before encountered this type of blatantly rude treatment. I’m appalled as we were kind and had a simple order. Besides we were there before close. The manager, Keesha, finally shut the windows aggressively on us while rolling her eyes.
We never raised our voice. We asked questions and tried to explain but were met with utter disrespect and anger....

The lady who took our order, I'm assuming was new, wasn't paying attention when we gave her our order first off so we had to repeat it about 3 times each item. And when I asked questions about and item she would respond to it and then say I guess because she didn't actually know the answer. So then she went into the back to start making them. We waited about 5 min and she had the blizzard ready, which was completely packed with too much candy and barely ice cream. Then we sat there and waited another 10 min before her coworker came and asked what we were waiting on. I told her the banana split and she asked the lady who made our order why we didn't get the banana split and her response was " well, I don't know how to make it, so I just skipped over it." Like seriously?! I'm sorry but if you're new or you don't know how to make something u ask! And NEVER just skip over it in hopes of someone else seeing sometime in the future. Absolutely ridiculous.
