Solid happy hour spot for a good smash burger or some tasty wings. This one is easily in my top 10 spots for wings in Nashville. They use a higher quality chicken, and it shows. They have waffle fries and if you're like me and have Ben dissapointed in the culinary execution at mothers ruin recently this is easily the best spot to grab waffle fries in Nashville right now. Strolled in on a wedaday before their late night rush to enjoy a bit of the Game and the vives are super chill think a low key velvet taco meets Jack browns for adults. There's no beer or wine at this location what they do have is all the tequila and 1 bottle of uncle Nearest. There are purse hooks under the bar. The ladies room does have a lock on it, it's that small button to the right of the handle and it's a one seater. Make sure you pull that door closed and tap the little button for privacy. The prices were fair but getting a smash burger and fries for $10 during happy hour is a hard to beat deal. All in all I def recomend this place for tequila lovers and anyone local looking for a chill vibey dinning experience. Great vibes all around. The food was delicious! The fries were crunchy and delicious, the oxtail burger AMAZING. Drinks made RIGHT! I came back the next day and got wings and a regular burger and it was just as good!

Now if you order a late night meal expect a wait especially if it’s a big crowd. The kitchen staff are amazing and they deserve all the patience because the food didn’t miss for it to have been that packed!

My group and I were visiting Nashville for my birthday. Our Airbnb was down the road from this place so we decided to check it out. As soon as we walked into Makeshift everyone was looking at us like we weren’t welcome. It took us forever to be acknowledged by the bartender. When the bartended finally asked us what we would like to drink, I asked for a tequila sunrise and she immediately says back “We ain’t got no sunrise” and walked off.
