The person cooking on the grill was not practicing food safety. He dropped a spatula on the floor, picked it up, and resumed using it without washing it. He also was touching the food with a bandage on his hand and no glove. I immediately interrupted them so that they correct it, but they did not. I told the main guy that was not food safety and that he knew it was wrong. I had to reiterate it to ensure he agreed it was not right. He agreed verbally. They often exchange money and touch food without washing their hands.

Imagine I am placing an order and he cant even hear what I am saying. I said no cheese but I was given cheese simply because he is busy on phone talking his non work issues.
