The person cooking on the grill was not practicing food safety. He dropped a spatula on the floor, picked it up, and resumed using it without washing it. He also was touching the food with a bandage on his hand and no glove. I immediately interrupted them so that they correct it, but they did not. I told the main guy that was not food safety and that he knew it was wrong. I had to reiterate it to ensure he agreed it was not right. He agreed verbally. They often exchange money and touch food without washing their hands.

My brother went to order us two chicken gyro cones with rice and fries and when he came back home it was not the correct order. It had beef instead of chicken and we don’t eat beef. My brother went to take it back and he said what he wrote down is what they made. They didn’t even want to remake it for us. I then asked for a refund and he said why should I give you a refund. Poor customer service. Just rude, $27 wasted. order. We have bought food at this location before but I noticed unserious server who was on call July 16th 2025 at 8pm. He was on a phone all the time I was there talking his personal business. Imagine I am placing an order and he cant even hear what I am saying. I said no cheese but I was given cheese simply because he is busy on phone talking his non work issues.
