Subway — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I usually don't like to leave bad reviews, but this visit at Subway was beyond believe.

I was waited on promptly. I ordered a 6" Spicy Italian on White Italian Bread w/ Provolone Cheese heated. The first thing that struck me as off is that he built the Sandwich on the top of the Bun - not the bottom (no bid deal, but I like it the other way).

The second thing that was off was as I asked for a few onions on my sandwich was that he put some on, and then took some off and threw them back in the container. Shouldn't that be a No No?

The final thing which was bizarre was that when I tried to pay for my Sandwich he said he had to clear out the Register before I could pay and leave. I was in utter dismay as he pulled money out of the Cash Drawer, and counted it on the Counter right behind him if clear view of everyone in the place. I'm standing there thinking "this doesn't look good," and "OMG what a great place to get robber." There were only two Customers in the Store at the time which included me.

Finally after standing there watching my Sandwich get cold for over 10 minutes I left a 5 Dollar Bill on the Counter, and told him to keep the change. Surprisingly the Sandwich was still lukewarm, and not to bad. However, when did they start using Red Onions. They were hot as fire. NOTE: This was about 5:30 in the afternoon. Never had a problem at any subway before today. My fiancé and I just went inside of the subway on Anderson Rd (we were the only ones in there) and there was one guy behind the counter making a to-go order I assume. He did not even acknowledge our existence. We stood there waiting as he continued to make 3 different sandwiches without even greeting us, or telling us that he would be with us in a second, etc. We stood there for about 5 min in silence just waiting. We then decided to leave after he turned around and grabbed a 4th load of bread to begin another sandwich. Extremely rude to not even look up at us. Could have at least told us to please wait a moment for him to finish. Definitely will not be back to...

Last Friday I visited the Subway on Anderson Road and it was two customers dining, one was getting his sandwich prepared, two in line to order...in about five minutes a black man entered and passed me and went pass the two in line. In about ten minutes it was time for me to order, the black man was behind me. The black man employee ignored me and asked for the black customer order and act like I wasn't there. When the man started to order, I talked loud and told them I was in line five minutes before he entered the store. It wasn't very little said at that point, but I was served. Just because the room was all black except myself was white, I should be respected like any...
