MY BAG WAS SNATCHED OUT OF MY HAND when I asked why my order was missing duck sauce! Very poor customer service. If I could give them a negative 10 I would. The lady took my entire order back that I paid for and started taking items out of the bag. To sum it up they did not put what I paid for in my bag. They have very bad attitudes as if customers should automatically know what’s on the menu. When you ask questions the lady with the low ponytail gets smart but claims that’s how her voice is. I will never order from here again.

Looking at my ticket: I paid for a lunch special ($7.75) with duck sauce and chips (which I was charged extra for). This brought my total to $11. When I made it on the inside they put duck sauce packets in my bag with no chips. When I asked the lady with the deep voice where was my duck sauce and chips that I paid for, she said I asked for duck sauce packets and I would need to pay for more chips and sauce separately. This is when my bag got snatched. So here is a pic of one of the additional charges. It’s not about the price. I would give a -5 stars if I could. After spending over $40 for two orders, an older lady came rushing from the back only to snatch our food and yell at us for simply asking for another bag for our second order. 🤷‍♀️ We were going to leave a tip since the lady who answers the phone and usually hands out the food never has an attitude but completely changed our minds and decided to never order there again after the way we had been treated. EXTREMELY Unprofessional and undeserving of good customers if that's the way she chooses to treat nice people after paying for a lot of food who were in the process of leaving a tip before getting yelled at and stepped to.

After Staying Away From This Place For Some 15 Or More Years Or So , Decided To Give Them A Try Again , This Time Met With A Different Type Of Unpleasantry . The Original Complaint Was A Strong Odor Of The Cleaning Or Butchering Of Fish That Permeated The Building And Later To Make Its Way Into The Taste Of The Food. After Experiencing This Unpleasantry Multiple Times Over A 2 Year Approximate Period . This Visit After A 15 Year Or So Hiatus , Not Met With Unpleasant Odor But Unpleasant Or Should I Say Very Unpleasant Customer Service . Incidentally Does Anyone Know Where The Very Insulting , Hostile & Abrasive Attitude Of Restauranteurs Demanding Payment Before Food Service & A No Refund Policy Originated From & Can Anyone Give A Viable Explanation As To Why ?
