Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Natchez

I moved across town recently and have had to start using this location and I'm not pleased by any means.

I've ordered multiple times and my pizza has shown up cold and I told them I wasn't going to accept cold pizza and when they go to take it back, they never show back up.

I've ordered via phone and via the Pizza Hut website and been promised arrival times that are normally 30 minutes to an hour and a half longer than what was promised upon delivery.

I've ordered a few times and called to check the status and have been told that they never received my order and get up on hold just to be hook up on.

One phone call in particular I was on hold for 22 minutes and then heard someone come back on the line just to hang up without bothering to ask if anyone was still there.

On top of that, I've had multiple occasions where I've tried ordering Dr. Pepper and instead of calling to tell me that they do not have it, they've brought Pepsi or Root Beer in place which would be fine if they had called to tell me but apparently it's just okay in their eyes to just assume it's all soda and who cares what the person paying for it wants.

I've even tried to give back cold pizza or wrong items that were delivered and the driver(s) have said in turn,"You have to pay either way or it comes out of my pocket."

The service in Natchez MS has been so consistently bad that I will no longer eat at your establishment. I purchased lunch for my family, received the delivery notification, the food arrived extremely cold, stiff, and inedible almost 2 hours after the delivery notification. Natchez is barely 20 miles in radius, and I live less than 10 minutes from the restaurant. The restaurant did not answer any calls for over an hour prior to the super late delivery so I was unable to cancel the order. I had my kids toss the food because I had previously taken them lunch from a different restaurant. I wasted nearly $50 and stupidly tipped on my credit card...

I ordered pickup on 8/16 around 8:30-9pm. When I arrived to pickup my order, it wasn't ready but the workers were slammed with orders and people steadily coming inside. No one ever panicked or got flustered and everyone stayed busy the entire time. They were doing everything they could to get orders ready. Even the guy in the back with his arm in a sling was doing his part to keep things moving! And you know what? My order was hot and fresh when I got it because I had to wait on it.
