I've been trying not to leave a negative review about this Burger King location, but after experiencing the horrendous service yet again today, I have to talk about this. Last time I selected home delivery and Burger King forgot the nuggets I ordered. (ordered online plenty of times with other restaurants and do not have this issue). Once again, I was inconvenienced and had to get the nuggets myself. Today (7/3/24), me and many others in the drive-thru were stuck in line 30+ minutes and got nowhere (with no way out until most of us got fed up, and backed out one by one). It was only 3 people in line in front of me, but yet no one were being serviced at all. This restaurant had so many people sitting out in the drive-thru in the dangerous Summer time heat. (I also want to point out that they usually don't even allow anyone inside). Finally, I was able to travel right down the street to McDonald's and had no problems, even with two full drive-thru lanes. (Kudos to them). The way this restaurant operates is absolutely inconvenient and unprofessional. The only time I don't run into problems here is during breakfast. After breakfast hours, you should save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere for food. I've stopped at many burger kings out of town, and do not have this problem. Can this location please understand the complaints of its customers, and improve operations? I love the type of food from here, but it sucks that I can't ever seem to get it, or get all of it...
Read moreI went to try the Addams family meal. I orders a Wednesday burger, Gomez churro fries, and a morticia shake. I was told the ice cream machine broken and couldn’t get one. I then pulled up to the first window which has a sticker saying “please pull forward” I did so, just to be told I had to BACK UP in the line and sit there until they were done with my food. There was a whole line behind me waiting because they were only taking and making one order at a time. Only one person was actually working, the other was sitting on their phone. Once I got my food and went home, I noticed I didn’t get my churro fries, and was charged for some type of sauce that obviously wasn’t on the burger along with cheese. I reached out as my food was repulsive and ended up throwing all my food + my child’s kids meal because I didn’t want to get sick. Read moreSo, I was reading the reviews while I watched and timed the cars through the drive-through. The average wait time to make your order once you arrived at the speaker was 6.5 minutes. Once you place your order, you drive around to the window and wait for it to be prepared. The employee doesn't take the next order until they have handed the previous order to the customer. This causes a backup of cars in the drive-through and the parking lot. I can't believe that the franchise owner hasn't done something about the lost revenue? I watched at least a dozen drive-offs in the hour I was there watching. With the slower system the employees have made and the drive-offs, this place is doing about 30% the volume it otherwise could. Burger King Corporate is also losing capital investment value and the small commission on sales. The real loss value is in the longevity of this real estate as a Burger King.
