I went to this Wendy's location on January 31, 2024 between the hours of 6 and 7pm. Two of the employees there had extremely bad attitudes. One was a female with long braids down to her hips. I know it sounds strange, but she basically had a stare off with me. I thought she was staring at me so hard and for so long because she was trying to determine if she knew me. It took me a moment to realize that that was her way of telling me to stop looking at her. Granted, I was looking in her direction, but I wasn't focused on her. It wasn't until she stopped doing what she was doing and stared me dead into my eyeballs that I truly noticed her. The second girl had green and black braids and was working the register. She was beyond rude to all the customers in line. One of the ladies actually left without even placing an order. I had no choice but to stay because I was DoorDashing at the time. I felt sorry for the older gentleman in front of me because she talked to him like he was less than the dirt under her shoe. When I was done working my DoorDash shift, I returned to get their names. It was around 10pm, and the lobby was closed, but the employee in the photo came to the door when she saw me take her picture. She asked what did she do to me. I told her it was her nasty attitude that offended me. She accused me of being upset only because I failed to pick up the entire DoorDash order and had to return to the store. Yes, I did forget part of the order, but that was solely on me, which is why I called and explained to the customer what happened. He was more than polite and understanding because I was polite and courteous to him. Something these Wendy's employees don't seem to know how to do. It blows my mind that she thought I would blame her for a mistake I made, but she failed to see how her poor customer service skills and lack of professionalism were the real problem. I did talk to a manager who said he would address the problem. I don't know if he did or didn't, but I hope he at least tried talking to them, though I doubt it would make much of...

The chili was watery & did not have any of the spices that the chili always has. The employee taking our money didn’t smile …acted like she was angry, however, the employee giving us our order was perfect. The manager & 4 others were outside smoking cigarettes & talking. Along with the rise in prices should go an emphasis on increase in quality.$25 for 2 small salads, 2 small chili’s & 1 soft drink is too much to pay for very mediocre food. I ordered the Asiago ranch chicken club through the app, which is supposed to come with bacon, lettuce tomato and ranch sauce. I asked to add pickle. What I got was a disappointment. I usually check but this time I didn’t, so when I arrived at home I discovered my $12 combo had no tomato, no bacon and no pickle. Just a pitiful leaf of lettuce smothered in something that suspiciously tasted and looked like mayonnaise (I hate mayonnaise) and cheese and looked sat on.
