I don't go to McDonalds often, but when I do, I purchase a large order and I expect to leave the parking lot with what I ordered and paid for in the bag without having to a) Remove and inventory each of the items of a $50+ order from the bags in the driver's seat, potentially blocking the the drive through for customers behind me waiting or b) Pulling off to the side in the parking lot to discover the shortage, and having to go into the restaurant for compensation while the already lukewarm food turns ice cold. Three times now I have arrived home to discover I have been shorted a top tier sandwich. This time I submitted a complaint on the McDonalds customer service website, as there is no phone number listed for the restaurant on the website nor on google maps (no easy task). I expected to receive a coupon for the BigMac sandwich that I was shorted. Instead, I received a phone call (that went to voice mail), which is nice, but I don't want to spend 20 minutes on the phone discussing a 6 dollar sandwich. It's not about the money, it's about arriving home and not having myself, family and friends potentially displeased by not receiving what they ordered. Read moreFeb2023: 3⭐: I stopped by this restaurant today to grab some lunch. This location has a big lot for vehicles to access of the main road. There is handicap parking spaces adjacent to the front entrance. This store has automatic displays for customers to use which I didn't have any familiarization with so I went to the counter to place my order. The young lady who took my order was not competent. There was no one out by the kiosk to assist with ordering food. I ordered the new spicy chicken sandwich that I saw advertised on the TV. I received the sandwich pictured and I was not impressed with the taste, texture, presentation of the sandwich. The spicy was in the sauce which was just okay. It featured one centered pickle on the sandwich. The bread was somewhat better tasting than I thought it would be but was still compressed in the package I received. The chicken reminded me of the crispy chicken patties you get in bulk freezer bags at the big box warehouse stores. Yeah, this is just run of the mill okay. Kids would not mind. Read moreI do Uber Eat and I rate this McDonald as a bad experience for fast food. I went to get one of my customers Uber Eat order around 10:30pm and the food was not ready. Another driver delivery from Door Dash was there before me and wait 30 minutes before they handle his food. When I went inside there is no customer service the dining inside very dirty and the employees was not using gloves and they was using there cell phone and after touching the food. They are very slow preparing the food bags like they don’t like there job and they look that they were in a bad mood. After I wait around 20 I was inpatient and I told a lady to speed up because customer is waiting and this is fast food he order online so it should be ready by then. One of the employees responded in a bad way you want to come here and do it yourself. I recorder what happened and looking forward to speak with the manager and to check the cameras.
