Picasso's Pizzeria & Icecream — Restaurant in National Park

Customer Service at its worst…. The owner David was extremely rude to me when I requested to change my phone order upon arrival. I asked to upgrade an order of cheese fries to an order of wings when I arrived and was told that it could not be done because the fries were already made. David decided to refuse my order because of my request. So instead of accommodating the request, he opted to throw away my entire order. I then was verbally attacked by another employee who was sitting at a table and had nothing to do with our conversation.

This was my first and last time at Picasso’s and I strongly encourage anyone reading this review to spend their hard earned money elsewhere. There are plenty of other pizzerias in the area that would honor your business much more than this establishment.

As I walked out, the owner sarcastically yelled at me to have a Happy New Year. Disgusting...

I ordered a cheese Hoagie with bacon. She asked i wanted lettuce, tomato and onion. I said no tomatos. Then she said no veggies and not realizing she was talking about lettuce, tomato and onions, I said no. I get home and it's just cheese and bacon slapped on a roll. I called and said it was missing it and she said 5 mins. I go back and they wanted to charge me $9.50 for remaking my sandwich. Assumed owner came out and said since I said no to the veggie part, I had to pay. I said nope, took the wrong one back. To top it off, my husbands cheese steak was too greasy and my kids wouldn't even eat their quesadilla. $45 down the drain pretty much. Will never go back and you shouldn't even waste your money...

Cannot share enough good things about Picasso's Pizza of National Park!! Recently a resident of National Park had a devastating house fire and Picasso's donated a portion of the sales one evening to the family to assist in their recovery efforts! Businesses just don't do that anymore but Picasso's did! They also hold similar events for our local little league teams. On top of being a very generous business and giving back to the community, the food is FANTASTIC. My personal favorite are their wings with hot sauce but the cheesesteaks and pizza are yummy as well.
