I bought a cartridge battery at this place for 10 dollars. I got home and opened it and put in on the charger, and when I took it off after about an hour it was not charged at all and did not even turn on. After I tried every method of plugging the charging block in, moving the USB around, or tightening/loosening the battery to the charger, it would still not charge. I took it back the next day and asked that it would be replaced because the product was faulty. The woman at the register would not give me a new battery in exchange for the broken one even though I had not used it at all and simply took it out of the package to charge it. Terrible policy and customer service, please do not support...

Don't buy anything here.... was going to say unless you check the date but I bought Beef Jerky that was dated 5/2017 and chocolate covered pretzels dated 9/2019 ... currently 9/27/2020 ... wow...
