I’d really like to know when exactly McDonald’s stopped serving FAST food. It doesn’t matter how you order; through the app, the drive thru or the counter, you’re going to be waiting minimum 15-20 mins. If you go through the drive thru, you’ll never receive your food at the window. They ask you to move up or park and someone will bring your food to you (20+ mins later), so they can fudge their numbers to corporate to make it look like they’re adhering to McDonald’s metrics, but order curbside through the app, they just leave it sitting on thecounter, getting cold, until you go inside to get it yourself. Go inside, and you’ll find at least 2-3 employees just standing around on their phones or complaining about customers or each other. And once you finally receive the order, make sure you check your bag, otherwise you’ll get home to find items are incorrect or missing entirely; and forget about the pies. They sell them either with the time stamped freshness sticker ripped off, or if they forget to remove it you’ll find they gave you pies that are hours or even days old, and they’re so hard you can’t eat them. Read moreIf I can give them a negative stat for service, I would. First off, the manager sucks! She’s not helpful at all and the people making the food can not read simple plain English! Every time I go in there, they make my burger however the hell they want instead of reading the simple ticket. I called and explained to the manager that someone can die if they put an ingredient on the burger that they were allergic to and she was not sympathetic at all. Only offered me to come all the way back in to get another one. I asked for the number to corporate and her response was she was too busy with other customers to complete my request although I was already a customer. I have made three corporate complaints on this store. I watched the worker put together my burger wrong even while reading the ticket in front of them. They honestly can not read simple English! This is the worse store EVER! And the manager really sucks at her job. Reading previous reviews, I’m not the only one who had issues with her. This place needs all new management. I really hope corporate see this cause they need to know how bad this place is hurting their name...
Read moreSOOOO, I was in the drive thru today, and I must say! HORRIBLE!!! The lady who took my order was very rude to say the least. As I began to eat my big mac, I found the longest hair!!! EWWW!! I attempted to call the place and address the matter DISCREETLY of course nobody answered, I'm pretty sure everyone was walking around and talking among themselves as I noticed when I was there, I later had no choice but to go out of my way and revisit the poor excuse for an establishment and address the issue in person. I spoke to the manager on duty, who didn't seem the least bit fazed by my complaint as I explained that it is both a health hazard. I tried to explain that it is obvious that someone in the kitchen is not wearing a hair net. However, I observed everyone was not wearing hair net, as well the manager I spoke to about the complaint. She tried to replace my food, but why in the HELL would I want food from somewhere that just served me hair. So, since management seemed to care less than employees about such a health violation, I figured I'd write this review and inform everyone DO NOT EAT OR BUY FOOD...
