Worst customer service in the neighborhood. Very expensive while being small portioned. Constant mistakes that need to be fixed. Manager is very rude and is reflected upon the employees. Mgr gives a simple reply of I'm sorry after fixing the constant mistake. The last mistake was they forgot my soda that I was charged for then the manager told me if the lady has a delivery she would bring it and if not then next time she will deduct from bill. The lady took 1 hr to bring it ,Then when she did bring it she knocked on my door before I even opened the door she reach halfway down the stairs (I live on the third floor) then yelled there's your soda sorry. I look down on the floor and my soda is on my step. This was a mistake and that how's the business decides to fix the mistake. The manager is very rude and should not be talking orders on the phone because she can never hear what you are saying and is constantly yelling. This will be my last time spending my hard earned money for a restaurant that can care less if you provide them sales. I hope the manager realizes the 30$ I spend every week will be...

I used to order from this place here and there to mix it up but never again. I ordered a pizza from them and a little longer than usual received an order. When I opened the box, there was a pizza that I did not order. I called the restaurant and they said they would fix my order for me. So I figured ok another 30 minutes, no worries. The guy shows up just 10 minutes later and exchanges the pizzas with me. I look in the current box and see that its my original pizza. The slices had been taken out and placed back. Obviously the other family started to eat it. When I questioned the guy he said he would have to call to see about a refund. Then the owner refused and said that it was good enough. Needless to say, this is one place that you should scratch...

If you want authentic Italian food with home made sauce this is the place. I have been coming here for over 20 years and we make sure we try to stop in once a week. Whatever you order you won’t be disappointed. We have tried almost every main dish and the portions are large and flavorful.

I would recommend trying the Chicken Parm dinner to start and from there you will want to try everything on the menu. They are always consistent with the everything they make. The pizzas and grinders are also amazing. Anytime we want to eat out the kids always request Paesanos. The owners are also wonderful and the staff.
