Uber Eats Delivery The pizza was well made and delivered faster than expected. It was certainly tasty, and I would consider ordering again from them. Great service on both the pizzeria and the Uber Delivery Driver.

CONS or UBER EATS? It was mostly warm when it arrived instead of hot. I did the $25 off your first two orders. My total was $31 ($25 discounted). When I received my total for the order, I had a fee of $12.20 to pay out of pocket due to "Taxes and Other Fees," and the reasons given didn't make any sense (Keep in mind this facility doesn't charge for delivery when using Uber to order). I did a promotional subscription that deducted $4, only to be met with another window claiming "Tip Driver." I don't mind tipping the driver, I was just confused and thought that perhaps the Uber driver tip was covered by the $12.20 (Non-transparent other fees).

The total should have been $31.89 with tax - with the additional non-explained fees, it really totaled $44.09 (-$4 for subscribing free trial) now totalled at $40.09, but out of pocket payment was $8.20 + Driver Tip.

If you're using the $25 discount coupon, I suggest staying between $15-20 to have these extra fees covered and only paying $3-$5 out of pocket + driver tip.

Overall, $8.20 + driver tip for a large meat lover pizza is still a bargain, although I am still confused with the lack of transparency with (Other fees) and I don't know for sure if "Other Fees" was placed there by Uber Eats or the Pizzeria. Ordered dinner 12/30/25 Delivery and phone service was great, polite and food arrived in timely manner. Order: steak and cheese grinder, chicken cutlet grinder, garlic parm chicken nuggets fries & onion rings.

Garlic parm boneless chicken ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely delicious!!!

Fries ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ were very good as well cooked perfectly Onion Rings -⭐️ tasted as if they were from a previous order and they didnt want to make new ones very soggy and wet like they had been sitting forever!

Chicken cutlet ⭐️ Very dry and bland no mayo tomatoes looked very old ajust thrown on the sandwich poorly made.

Steak and cheese grinder -⭐️ Absolutely disgusting i sont know what kind of meat it was but it was chunky like meatloaf or meatballs or something 🤮. Overall the bread was good thats all i could eat 👎. Never had a steak and cheese taste like that in my entire life it was wierd thats all i can say.

Overall i like Vinny’ s i was just extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Very surprised that the food was not that great.

I just love Vinny’s Pizza. My family moved to Naugatuck about 2 months ago from New York and we needed to find our go to pizzeria. Happy to say Vinny’s has filled the void. Phenomenal Wings, so tasty and crispy. Pizza is really crispy and tasty as well. My wife had the lasagna and the portion was massive. I put some pictures up. Considering everything the food service industry has gone through, and reading some of the reviews prior to mine, which seem to all come off from one order, regarding wings I believe, maybe they had a bad batch or something, but my wings were awesome. People need to calm down, because tensions are insane since the Covid, and the food service industry is taking enough of the nonsense. Also, I met the owner during my last pickup order ‘DJ’ I believe his name was and he was so appreciative of us ordering from and even gave me a slice of chocolate cake on the house
