Horrible customer service! We have been ordering from this place for a very long time and have spent a lot of money with no complaints up until now. Earlier we had ordered a calzone from them and there was no ricotta cheese in it. We called to let them know what had happened with no intention of even asking for a new one. The owner offered to make a new one but told my mother not to eat it so he could see the evidence first hand. She was hungry but she reluctantly said yes. She waited a half an hour for the delivery guy to pick it up and drop off the new one. We showed him the calzone and he laughed and agreed there was no ricotta in it. She expressed her concerns with the delivery guy. Telling him she was a little put off that the owner offered to make us a new one, but still wanted to see the calzone to see if she was lying, and didnāt apologize for the inconvenience... Then later the owner had the nerve to call back and say āso you just wanted a free calzone, huh?ā Telling us that he and his son saw the ricotta. What kind of business owner offers to make a new order for an unpleasant customer and then accuses them of trying to get it for free? Not to mention the fact that we had to wait all that time just to āexchangeā the calzone. The definition of exchange is, āan act of giving one thing and receiving another (especially of the same type or value) in return.ā I must have missed the part where we got it for free...It came to no surprise that when I checked the reviews there were many people who had similar unpleasant experiences with the customer service. One review I even read was about another guy who got the wrong calzone and they argued with him even though he had physical evidence and pictures. Sound familiar? The owner is more concerned with being right then he is with making the customer happy. My advice is donāt waste your time. There are plenty of good pizza places around that are less expensive and much more...

Itās 7:48pm and the restaurant is the street over from me & my food has not been delivered. I ordered a salad and mozzarella sticks. Expected delivery time was 7:13pm according to Slice (ordering application that Iāve used with this restaurant 7+ times). I waited until 7:26pm to call to check on my order & the guy who always delivers to my home answered & told me it was out for delivery as the driver left a few minutes ago; however, the app updated to āout-for-delivery around 7:05pm. He told customer service at Sliceāafter I contacted them several moments laterāthey delivered it at 7:34pm & attempted to contact me but couldnāt reach me (I was standing outside on my front porch messaging Slice; no delivery & no phone calls). I requested a refund through Slice & the restaurant tells Slice they canāt because it was delivered & that Slice is responsible for refundsāSlice says the restaurant must authorize the refund; I have cameras outside my home & it was never delivered nor was there a car in sight that appeared to be delivering to a nearby home, as evidenced by my cameras & eyeballs. Read their responses to their negative reviews and use this review as a reminder to stay away from these...

I ordered my kids a large pizza from here tonight in ordered the pizza at 842pm the delivery driver comes by 935pm. Mind you the pizza is in the heated bag...I pay for my food and my kids wash their hands I go to give them the pizza it's cold cold. The sauce isn't even warm at all dough is tough ..so I call to tell the owner something isn't right with my pizza and that the driver just dropped it off..he says oh that's not true my driver left over 35 mins ago..I said I don't know when he left but I know he just left my house right before I called you...he calls me a liar basically and tells me the driver delivered my pizza over 35mins ago ...I said again I don't know when he left. Ur business but he literally just left here less than 5mins no more than 5mins before I called....the way he talked to me I will never be back to give my money gave me an old pizza then when I call to rectify it you call me a liar ..what a way to treat customers who spend they hard earned money especially Christmas time....hope it was worth it...
