Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Nederland

The atmosphere was 30s, 40s, 50s & 60s music. That was the good part. While ordering my food I rested my hand on the counter..... Right in a pile of jelly! I asked for something to clean offy hand & was handed a dry paper napkin. I asked her if she could wet it for me & she returned with a wet napkin then proceeded to the restroom with bucket & mop. So, after cleaning my hand I cleaned their counter with the same napkin. THEN, & only then, the guy @ the counter "cleaned" it with his overly dirty rag. I ordered a strawberry milk shake & I FINALLY got it after 20 minutes after my husband went back to the counter to ask for it! EVERY TABLE ON THE JOINT WAS DIRTY! There were like, 7 people behind the counter getting in each other's way. We FINALLY got our food & my fries which I ordered extra crispy were soaked in grease & undercooked, (if at all). I asked for no bread w/my fish & he offered extra fries. I accepted but did not get extra fries. I brought this to the gentleman's attention & he brought me out a fresh large fry that was more cooked. There seemed to be a lot of people behind the counter drawing a paycheck. I'm upset with this company of whoever owns it or whoever runs it. Talk to my mother in a unappropriated manner, who brought her food to her car. We would never shop at your store again. Your workers are very rude to their customers except for the young teen at window was nice to her, and I do not appreciate that. And no, I would not like to talk to anyone about the situation, you just lost many more customers. Maybe other people don't see it, but I see the world firing everybody and hiring new young people. I don't know who the young lady at the window was, but thank you for being sweet...

SO SLOW!

Always packed but good enough service. There's a girl that works in the window that is always really nice, the cook or cooks are kinda slow. You usually have to wait about 15 minutes for a burger and fries. After you make your order you will more than likely get pulled around to wait. And sometimes the food you have been waiting for is cold, we go because the kids like the icecream and my little girl loves their chili cheese fries. Lately the chili has been tasting a little weird.
