Abbott's Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Needham

I am a frozen custard lover, i eat a bowl of it after every meal or snack time. It takes a lot for me to not enjoy the delicious lick of frozen custard , yet when I entered the Abbotts franchise I immediately knew the vibes were off. The building was quite small and typically I like to enjoy my custard in large establishments, but I still decided to give this place a try. I ordered my usual frozen custard order that goes as follows: XL strawberry with gummy bears and Nutella syrup. However Abbotts does not have Nutella syrup? I was appalled, and when I took a lick of my dessert I was immediately disgusted. I live in Walpole and drove 40 minutes during rush hour to get some frozen custard. Abbott’s has the best frozen custard I’ve ever had! You can definitely tell that it’s made fresh every day. Their customer service is great too, everyone is always extremely friendly and helpful - it’s just an overall enjoyable experience anytime I go in there. They have a really good selection of flavors and topping options too. I also love that they have other desserts you can get there like the frozen bananas and turtles. But the chip wheels are my absolute favorite I always get some to go when I’m there to keep in the freezer at home!

I also went to a company event once where Abbott’s was catering and it was the best idea! Everyone loved it and kept talking about how awesome it was.

Whenever I have family or friends visiting I make sure I bring them to Abbott’s!...

I may be a bit biased, but I think this is the best dessert on the planet. The team here is so kind, even when they get busy (and boy can they get busy during the summer but they still keep the lines moving, which I respect). People of all ages seem to really love this place, and I can understand why. It's made fresh daily, which I think is just awesome. I saw a review comparing it to McDonalds which is a joke, it is SO MUCH better and I think only the pre-packed pints are actually more than a day old (and I'm told those were just from earlier that week).
