Noodle & Doodles — Restaurant in Needham

This is specifically for the Needham location. No one greeted us when we walked in for about 5 minutes-we were table of two and waitstaff took the table of four behind us in line first (took a chair from a table for 2). Had to order online (which was sort of confusing) but could not make edits to order or pay online. One soup came out and then 15 minutes later the other soup, so we ate separately. Food was bad-maybe we are just not ramen people. Broth flavor was odd; no options of sauces/spices to add and was $18 for broth, noodles, and meat. Broccoli was frozen. I'd rate six stars if possible. The food is soooo good. I'm picky about my pork belly, and this was the real deal. The noodles were perfectly chewy and the egg was absolutely the ideal jammy texture. I think I blacked out and woke up looking at the bottom of my ramen bowl. 🤤

Good food and service but required us to scan a QR code instead of looking at menus which made ordering a bit tricky. Ramen was pretty good but not very rich.

The place itself is adorable inside, with a big mural of mount Fuji next to a skyline and pagoda, some cute little hanging flags and more intricate decor all around to look at. It's very well lit and seating is comfortable.
