Ordered 2 plates to go. Carne asada and the Solea sample plate. Service was great and the staff was very friendly and the food came out very fast. That's what I was afraid of it coming out so fast that it tasted reheated and that is exactly what we recieved. The sample platter comes with nachos, taquitos, mini flautas, quesidillas and carnitas. Thank you for taking the time to box my taquito separately because it was the only edible thing besides the piece of steak in rhe carne asada plate. The sample platter had everything thrown together in layers starting with chips, some gross chicken or pork, then flautas on top, then quesadillas on top of the flautas, then taquitos on top of all that all slathered in a sauce that looked like marinara sauce and not Pico de Gallo. The food tastes old especially the guacamole that we didn't even eat more than just to try it. I ended up throwing away most of my food because after unstacking the layers of food thown together like a feeding trough and laying them on another plate to give the food a chance, it was all soggy and falling apart and the chips tasted like they were made last month and the rice. I make Mexican rice daily and have been a cook and I know when food has been reheated. I'm not sure where all these good reviews come from? Maybe it's better when you sit down to eat? Idk đŸ€·â€â™€ïž We trier take out to go about a year ago and had the same experience with bad and soggy food but were hoping it would go differently this time. Thank God we had a gift card and didn't spend too much. Will...

It was my husband’s birthday today and I had him pick someplace to get dinner that we could take home and enjoy during the Super Bowl. What a HUGE mistake!!! We called our order in about 2:00 for pickup at 4:00. Got there at 4:00 but it wasnt ready. We.waited about 10 more minutes and someone gave us the bag with our $43 order. We were surprised the order wasn’t ready as there were NO CUSTOMERS in the place. We went home and prepared to enjoy our dinner. More surprises awaited us. We were missing one our desserts — as Mexican ice cream needs to stay frozen we looked for the second one which we were charged for but didn’t receive. My husband called to let them know we were missing a Mexican ice cream—they listened but they really didn’t sound surprised. We hung up and went to our meals which were cold like they had sat on the counter since 2:30. Then we went back to the dessert for another surprise. There was a taco bowl with a scoop of ice cream in it and a cherry on top. Never saw this kind of Mexican ice cream. Needless to we don’t recommend this place for anything, unless you're looking for disappointment and a cold meal. Not what I planned for when all wanted was a nice meal for his birthday. It was an expensive and disappointing meal. I think word must be getting out as there wasn’t a single customer when we were there at 4:00...

WATCH OUT FOR FOOD POISONING!!! I went to Solea this past thursday, we ordered guacamole which took 20 minutes to come out...our waiter did not pay an ounce of attention to us, and the restaurant wasn't even that busy. I ate the chips, guacamole and salsa, within in 15 minutes I was not feeling so well, but I thought it would pass. Finally our food came out, I ordered the steak and cheese burrito, I took one bite and knew something wasn't right. Within seconds I was sweaty and dizzy, I had to run to the restroom and almost threw up on the way, I could barely hold back. Thank goodness I made it in time and a bathroom stall was open. I threw up immediately upon getting to the toilet, so hard it was almost projectile, which I have never experienced before. After about 10 minutes I began to feel a bit better. I texted my friend that I had gotten food poisoning and that we needed to leave. He got the check, and on the way out I told the hostesses that I had gotten very sick from the food, their reply "oh wow we're sorry". REALLY, that's it? They did not even tell their manager, this is a huge health concern. I am sure many other people got sick like I did, my friend got sick shortly after returning home. I am very concerned for what may be going on in their...

I don’t know if it’s possible for food to change lives, but the Chicken Mole burrito from Solea’s Mexican Grill just saved my marriage. Yes, you read that right—SAVED. MY. MARRIAGE. After a long week of disagreements and tension, my wife and I decided to grab dinner from Solea’s. One bite of that perfectly balanced, rich, and flavorful mole sauce wrapped up in a warm burrito, and we both stopped mid-chew, locked eyes, and smiled for the first time in days. It was as if the burrito whispered, *“Hey, life is too short for petty arguments. Let’s enjoy this together.”* By the time we finished, we were laughing, reminiscing, and realizing how silly our fight had been. I don’t know what kind of magic Solea’s puts in their mole, but it’s the kind of culinary brilliance that brings people together. Thank you, Solea’s Mexican Grill, for not only feeding us but for reminding us what truly matters. We'll be back—and hopefully, next time, not in need of relationship counseling via burrito. â€ïžđŸŒŻ

We had high hopes for a place with a 4.4 rating! Boy, were we let down. I ordered a taco salad... which seemed to have only a small handful of lettuce that was wilted by the hot greasy beef put on top of it. The grease and other fluid can be seen in the picture. Not to forget mentioning the melted cheese! Yuck! The El Rey burrito was not the worst but also nowhere near the best. The beef and chicken were good, but the other Meats were dry and flavorless. The waitress checked on us one time once we received our order. After noticing the dust covered vents in the ceiling right above our table in addition to all the other visible vents... left the meal even less desired, to which I completely lost my appetite. This restaurant will not be visited by us again. Good luck to anyone who chooses to tempt their fate!

I placed an order for takeout in June 7th, 2021 and contacted the restaurant after getting home and sent pictures of the meal with several concerns. My food was bare bones & cold, plus, after waiting at the entrance for someone to serve me for wayyyyy to long for a pick up order, I grabbed my bag since I had already paid online, THEN someone chased me out to the parking lot to “make sure the food was mine”. I was informed on Facebook messenger that I would be receiving a gift card for the inconvenience and hopefully next time would be better. I have waited a month to see if the issue would be resolved, but I have not heard back from my last message, have not been sent a gift card, and overall, likely won’t be returning.
