past few months hubby and i have been going to the neosho braums for breakfast every now and then as a weekend treat... yesterday we went there for lunch.. the food is really good. fair prices. staff are friendly. the place (bathrooms too) was clean. now it is an older building and could use some updating. but it was clean and tidy.. yesterday when hubby and i went to sit down I accidentally knocked his shake off the tray.. it was MY fault... we cleaned it up best we could then went and told a staff memeber. they finished cleaning it up quickly. and before we even started eating - they brought hubby a fresh shake. no charge. we did not expect that as it was my fault the shake got knocked off the tray. so they quickly cleaned up - REMEMBERED what shake hubby ordered ( or checked computer) - and did not charge us for the replacement shake... during the whole thing the staff had a friendly manner. we will...

I got tired of waiting and had to go up and ask which order on the counter was mine. One kid looked at me in a state of confusion and had to ask someone else. By the time I got it and brought it to the table it was cold and nasty. I took it back to the front and said I wanted my order redone. This girl came over with attitude scooped up the food and slammed it in the trash as if I inconvenienced her. Read moreThe food is decent. My biggest complaint, which I normally don't like to do, is the service. I understand times are hard to find and keep employees. But when you are standing in line to get ice cream and watch the counter personnel serve 3 customers that were behind you and happen to move to a different line, before you instead of at least letting you know they're taking all orders at one counter after you make eye contact multiple times can make some customers annoyed. This was one time. Another time was waiting almost 45 mins with 4 cars in the drive through ahead of you. I understand food needs cooked and prepared. But 45 to 50 mins is a bit much.
