We’ve normally received good food and good service from the Neosho Dominos, that has changed recently. In early Feb 2021 we ordered 2 pizzas and 2 cinnamon twists using the app. I received a message that our order was ready, drove to pick it up and they could not find it. They asked if I was sure of the name, I explained that I have known my name for quite a while. We were asked to park and wait while the order was made a second time (30 mins) I don’t know if my original order was given to someone else or what. A couple weeks later we ordered a large cheese pizza and an order of cinnamon twists, again using the app. Again we got the message that our order was ready, arrived about 5 mins later, it was not ready. This time it was a much shorter wait, however, when we got home, the crust was burnt, half of the twists didn’t have cinnamon on them and there was not a single icing cup to dip the ones that did have cinnamon on them. I realize that these are petty complaints, but if my experience is the norm, management may want to take a look at the way things...
Read moreReliable!!! The last two orders I placed through Doordash in this town from other restaurants were terrible. Food was wrong and stale. Threw it away and ordered from Domino's. They get it right every time. Every time!!! Rockstars! Don't waste your time with anybody else.
Update: Have to share tonight's order experience. Michael went above and beyond tonight!!! I do contactless delivery because I'm redoing my back room. I don't hear people knock. Left the top down on my convertible because when I checked the weather, it wasn't supposed to rain. It did anyway, and Michael called (twice because I didn't hear it the first time) to let me know. (Rewards and promotions are the s#$@ also) We always get great service and Domino's is the only place that delivers w/o prejudice to The RURAL people who dont get the option of being lazy, and getting to avoid having to "go into town!"
