Dunkin' — Restaurant in Neptune City

10/31/2025 Update I frequent this Dunkin typically 5x/week for breakfast on my way into work. Mostly through the drive thru. The young gentleman with the dark hair and braids is exceptional. Very professional, friendly and always helps when he sees people waiting on things. He goes above and beyond everyday. I was at the drive thru today and the cashier was definitely struggling, to the point that the car in front of me got off the line after ordering and went inside, frustrated with how long it was taking. When i finally got to the window, the cashier was really confused and by then the lady from the drive thru was inside and she went to help her but didn’t come back to me. Well, there’s the guy with the dark hair to the rescue and gets my order out to me straight away. Always giving 200%. He is management material. Carl, Shelley and the morning drive through crew are great!!!! This Dunkin is hands down the best in the area. Clean, efficient, crew is so courteous and executes quickly, keeping a busy drive thru line moving.

Hey there Pedro I remember you used to work at Wegmans well I don't appreciate you coming in to the store and accusing me of being racist or stereotyping me being racist. I never said anything offensive to you when I was around you and I don't appreciate you accusing me of behaviors and beliefs I do not have.

It is deeply offensive that you acted that way and that you brought your girlfriend and I tried to rub it in and not only in my face that you have a girlfriend but also to stereotype my behavior I do not appreciate that. You never knew me personally you never talk to me when we work together.

I am thinking about filing an EEOC against you for discrimination. I have family members of Latin American descent and you completely judged me by the color of my skin and assume that I am not related to people that have Mexican ancestry. You do not know my personal life. I do not appreciate people writing narratives about my life and I don't think you would appreciate it if I wrote narratives...

This is by far one of the most atrocious Dunkin Donuts I have EVER been to. I was excited seeing a new location in Neptune City but the workers there have no common sense and are extremely rude. The other day I pulled up and ordered 3 iced coffees. Two of them milk and sugar and one of them milk with NO sugar. We even asked if they made sure to put no sugar in one of the iced coffee’s when they gave us the coffee’s and the person at the window just stared at us and kept asking us what and when we repeated the question he would respond with “what”. After we left we realized the person handed us 3 iced vanilla lates. How does one mess up 3 iced coffees for 3 iced vanilla latte’s? Terrible customer service and extremely rude. This is no way to run a business especially when so many people start there day with a coffee. Terrible way to start your day...
