1st time trying here based on Google reviews. Just my wife & I. We really enjoyed our meal there! Had the fried calamari as an appetizer. It was perfectly cooked & the aïoli sauce was a tasty touch in addition to the marinara sauce, which apparently has been improved since not so good reviews of the marinara sauce were posted in January. we thought the marinara sauce on the calamari, and our entrées was very good today. we had a salad and the pasta fagioli before our entrées. Both were good. The pasta fagioli was very, very hot In addition to in a large bowl and tasty. my wife had the eggplant parmigiana which is a favorite of hers. She thought this eggplant parmigiana was very delicious because it was thinly sliced & egg washed, which she prefers, versus being heavily breaded & fried. I had the cavatelli Bolognese, which, based on an earlier review on Google I was not certain of, but Maria our waitress convinced me it had been newly improved since reviews from several months ago, so I tried it. It was delicious! The cavatelli pasta was very good, and I thought the Bolognese sauce was delicious! After the calamari, pasta, fagioli, and salad. We were both unable to finish our entire entrées, not that we would have otherwise because we wanted to save room to try a dessert. We shared a slice of New York cheesecake, which was very nicely presented and equally as delicious as the rest of our meal. Maria was our server, and she was very helpful with suggestions, very friendly, and very attentive. To be honest, the atmosphere was just OK. there was a pretty good karaoke singer with a nice voice, singing decent songs, but he was too loud until I think enough customers expressed concern & the volume was turned down. My wife and I ate in the separate bar area, so the sound level was more tolerable in that room. overall, I would give the restaurant a 7.5 to 8 out of 10. A few improvements to the atmosphere would probably take that up 1...

While vacationing at our son's villa in Puerto Rico, my wife Anna and I read in our online Shark River Hills neighborhood newsletter that a new restaurant, Cipriani's, had opened in the former Delvetto's location at 3701 Route 33, Neptune, and was getting rave reviews. Upon our return, we made it a point to check it out. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted and welcomed by a very personable young man, Ryan, who would be our waiter. He presented us with their menu which featured a tremendous variety of mouth-watering taste-tempting entrées. After a very comprehensive description by Ryan, of the day's specials and menu items for which we had questions, Anna and I opted for the Grilled Chicken Caprese, i.e., grilled chicken prepared with roasted tomatoes and mozzarella served over perfectly cooked linguini, in the best pesto cream sauce we have ever tasted. It was quite evident that our food was prepared with an Old World recipe by a master chef in their immaculate spotlessly clean kitchen using only the freshest ingredients. We took a photo of how beautifully the food was presented to post here for all to see. The portions were extremely generous and the prices more than reasonable for such extraordinary fare. Anna and I will be regular patrons at Cipriani's and hope to see many of our friends and family...

R'Ortega's Grill & Bar is a local staple for consistently good food in the Tinton Falls-Neptune area. They got their liquor license this past year so you can dine in and order drinks or you can order out and buy packaged goods. But I encourage others outside of towns in Monmouth County to visit this site, as a sit down or take out, to experience the quality of food that I do twice a week or more. It sits on 33 west, just east of the parkway so it is very convenient as well. Specials rotate (love that the most), Pizza selection is vast, including the Grandma's pie, and everyone will know you after a couple of pick up visits / sit downs. Love this restaurant, the people, and I hope it continues on this path of high quality food for a...

I came at lunch. I was the only one in there and was seated promptly. I was worried about food quality by the lack of patrons, but my soup I ordered was delicious. It was a chicken tortellini or something. It tasted like a rich tomato bisque with chicken and pasta added. Yum. The bread was amazing. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs but had no room to eat after bread, salad, and soup so now have dinner. One lady did come in for a quick meal and had trouble finding a staff person to assist her. They were off working in the kitchen. I didn't realize until leaving, that there is a whole other half of the restaurant that has pizza and other items ready for sale by the slice. I would definitely come back if in the area.
