Arby's — Restaurant in Neshannock Township

Went through drive through be half to hour before roast beef done! Really? Get ahead of game !! if it was busy! back that roast beef up!!!!! I went giant eagle kill time spent 100 bucks go through hour later year it’s ready now!! Lol ! roastbeef cheddar and crinkle fries.was like this going Be a good meal!!!! Lol!! I paid I said can have sauces yes be in bit for ur food then opens window opens!!! Louie gives me food .lol . I should known by dude gave me food! by now I’m dumb !!! me should check everything out . I was hoping food was going be great! . Wow ! Fries hard cold beef sandwich was so cold ! Hour waiting fries should be dumped after 10 - 15 minutes worked ther be honest think 7 minutes dump them !!no sauces no napkins! no nothing!ketchup ask for.. they don’t give ketchup out and napkins!! Haha ! Price we spend ! Bull!!!got home called let me talk manager that’s me no way dude should have position! Young girl Katie was manager I know it!! She must been on phone ! Like said worked there! why u can’t eat at places late night Newcastle pa!!!all young punks !! Not all u have eat no later 630 get good meal!!Come back up waited hour for roast beef really again!!! Wanted go home ! First time arby’s!!! Was Hour ago craving arbys! Called soon pulled In! Come up replace fries said really!!!!!!!! U pulled away forgot ur packets !! Arby's has come a long way from when they first opened. They now offer a Marketplace line of sandwiches that are absolutely amazing!!! I ordered their Turkey, bacon, ranch sandwich, which came on a delicious wheat bread with lettuce, tomato, & mayo. Every part of the sandwich was very fresh, & it was absolutely delicious!!! The sandwich was reasonably priced. Their menu is varied. They have roast beef sandwiches, french dip, chicken sandwiches, turkey sandwiches, fries, salads, etc. They're also offering a line of slider sandwiches on Hawaiian rolls which look delicious!!! EVERY time we go through the drive through, there is an issue with our order. EVERY single time. Ordered 4 roast beef sandwiches, only 2 packets of horsey and arby sauce. The sandwiches made were a mess (although they were still delicious.) Ordered 4 potato cakes, received 3. We were told to move forward from the window because the potato cakes needed to be dropped, even though no one ever drove behind us to warrant the request to move. Then had to go inside to have order corrected. I need to realize I just have to go inside Arby's to receive the correct order. No more drive through. Lesson...
