While waiting for my vehicle to get finished from across the Plaza, I happened to walk past this café. I did a quick glance and continued on my way just killing time.

On my way back up the plaza, I decided to make my way in to Sims Café. Upon walking in, I noticed most of the tables had been taken besides maybe 2 center tables, I glanced at the menu and was welcomed by whom I assumed was the owner (Brian), VERY GOOD AND POSITIVE ATTITUDE and individual (In General) to which I noticed many people knew who he was. (That's a PLUS in my book). I glanced at the menu, very simple, yet unique! I ordered a breakfast sandwich and let me be upfront. The bread that sandwich came on was SUPERB! Good size and 2 hash browns came with it!...

Sims Café is a breakfast gem! The food blew me away—the bubble waffle was deliciously unique, and THE BACON 😍The bacon was thick, hearty and full of flavor. The hash browns were like McDonald’s, but better in every way, which I didn't think was possible. Every dish that came out of the kitchen looked amazing, I wanted to try them all including every single breakfast sandwich 🤤

Our waiter, Bryan, was fantastic. His energy and friendly personality made the experience that much more enjoyable. He made sure I didn't skip the whipped coffe which was the perfect pick-me-up. Sims Café is now at the top of my list for breakfast spots in New Castle. I can’t wait to go back and...
