Subway — Restaurant in Neshannock Township

Really disappointed. My fiancé and I always get this place but the last two times I have been missing things on my sandwich from mobile ordering. This time tho put me over the edge. I got my BMT sub. I always get mayo, vinegar, and oil. Ordered an HOUR before I needed it to give time because I know they can get slammed during lunch. Go in to pick it up. Sit down, and after a couple bites I realize there are no condiments. Went to the cashier to say there are no condiments on my sub that I took like 3 bites out of. She takes my eaten sub splits it open and just throw condiments on it. My subs a mess. I feel that is unsanitary… while I’ll still eat here because it’s close to work. This is just so they do better. I’m not grossed out by things but the fact there was a line and she put my contaminated food near where other peoples food is grossed me out.

EDIT: after a couple more bites, we also realized neither of our subs are toasted…. When they are...

Went in tonight and after waiting 15 mins for the person in front of us to get waited on, the staff started working on a to go order. They didn't even acknowledge us to say it'd be a few mins or sorry for the wait. 10 mins later they finally got to us. They toasted my sub, which I didn't ask for, and when I told them that, they shrugged and said 'ok'.... I figured we'd waited long enough and I was hungry so I just dealt with it. Then we asked for the meals with 2 drinks, which they also didn't ring up, so we had to get those extra at the end, which of course means everything cost more. I appreciate everyone's busy, but at least put in some minimum...

The worst subway experience ever. Online order for buy 2 get 1 free. Cold cut sandwich came with items I removed. Found 4 hairs in sandwich. 🤮

Chicken Teriyaki had 1 hair and very little sauce.

Had a very hard time finding the steak in the Steak & cheese sandwich.

Have ordered from this subway many times and this is the first bad...
