KFC — Restaurant in Neshannock Township

The place is so dirty. There is water or juice on the floor in the employee area and employees keep tracking all over as they walk. Napkins and paper towels used and thrown on the floor. A tour of fresh cups were lying on the cloor without a case....so who knows if it gets thrown in the garbage or if they use it for customers. The fountain drinks was out of fruit punch, which I had asked for. I pour a whole glass for a very thirsty kid with me. He takes a big sip and gags on it. It was tasteless red drink. I told an employee and she said it would get changed. 20 mins later and a long wait after food was handed to us to go, no one had changed the drink. The kid is ravenous and wants to leave. I tell him " not without your drink as I paid for it" employees look at me and keep doing their work and never stop to ask if I was taken care of. So finally I ask a lady in red shirt with white pin stripe, " are you guys going to change the drink today?" She looks at me with the same amount of sarcasm and says, " I didn't know it was out do you want me to ask? " I tell her "go qhead." She comes back with a glass of fruit punch from somewhere handa it to me in disgust and did not even apoligize. That crew needs a lesson on cleanliness, manners, and customer service. I went home and ate my chicken cantina salad. It was cold. The rice and chicken were cold, did it get cold from me waiting for my sons drink? Or did they just not warm the stuff up? Who knows, it was the end of a tiring day for me, I wasnt going back to tell them. Glad i got the opportuniy to vent. Next time I am there I will get a picture of the filthy work area, if its not...

I had went and got dinner for my family and had to take the chicken nuggets back because there was a hair in the box. I went back to the kfc/Taco Bell place in new castle on Wilmington rd. Told them what happened and the cashier was nice and advised that their soon/possible new manager needed and fix it. I kid you not I watched the gentlemen scratch his private, walk over to the screen for the drive through and proceeded to go back to getting my replacement nuggets in which I reacted by telling the cashier and he made the gentlemen stop doing what he was doing and took over giving me my replacement which I appreciate. I told the cashier that they can even role the video back as proof to what the gentlemen did. Also the macaroni and cheese was dry and the breading on the chicken for the 3 piece meal I also got was doughy to where I could still see uncooked batter. Thanks to what I have witnessed with my own eyes I will NOT BE going back to that location or...

The food would have been 5 out of 5 stars except when i ordered extra crispy it seemed it was the original, so i asked to exchange for extra crispy, and i was told they have no more. So then i went to get my drink, and the co2 was out, not to mention the ice on the floor didn't work either. So i waited patiently as about 2 workers walked right by me and ignored me trying to tell them. Finally, i just said, "Excuse me a little louder to a group talking, and someone came over. i told them the co2 was out, and as the person walked away, they were sighing. Which wasn't a big deal because maybe it was a long day. But when he gave my family pur new drinks, he put them on the table, almost like slamming them down.... ..UPDATE WE DECIDED TO TRY AGAIN AFTER TRIXK OR TREATING... SODA WAS STILL FLAT MY CHICKEN WAS NOT THOROUGHLY COOKED. AND THERE WAS SO MANY PPL IN THERE THAT I PROBABLY WPULD OF WAITED AWHILE BEFORE MY TURN EVEN CAME AROUND.. DONT GO HERE...
