Subway — Restaurant in Neshannock Township

Subway is OK, so so.. Its like what you see is what you get. Imho, a place like GetGo(GiantEagle) has by far better sandwiches than subway. As well as a Sheetz, although Sheetz is not my fav either, but its better than subway IMO. Still, subway is just OK. The meats they use are just eh Nothing special, i prefer other places breads over theirs. I guess im just not very high on subway unfortunately. People are nice that work at this location and they open at 7 so that's a plus. Anyway, im done. Not a huge fan of subway in general. not particularly this one on...

Placed an order online! Went to pick it up!! No record of it!! Looked online, it was cancelled 20 minutes later!! I did not cancel the order, I was on my way to pick it up!! I had both the confirmation email and the cancellation email!! So called in to order it again, the worker would not let me use coupon that I entered!! Called the manager, very rude, both the manager and the worker!! The best policy is customer satisfaction and this store does not stand behind that!! Terrible customer service!! Take my advise, go to another subway!! It does not cost a penny...

Subway has been known as the largest restaurant chain in the country for over 10 years.

Our order with Subway was difficult and ultimately incorrect. First, using the online wording system was inefficient as the Subway we completed the order with didn't carry the product.

As a resolution, they called to another Subway approximately a mile farther away to complete our order. However, in the translation, two members of my party received incorrect bread choices.
