Hometown Pizza Nettleton — Restaurant in Nettleton

I would like to thank hometown style pizza in nettleton Mississippi I ordered 12 bone-in wings honey BBQ I ordered eight hot buffalo wings also ordered a chicken alfredo and also ordered one Italian sub specifically with no tomato no Italian dressing add mustard mayonnaise onions lettuce olives and banana peppers I had to wait 45 minutes for my sandwiches and my rest of my food to make it to my house 8 mi away from the restaurant after I get here I get my sandwich open and the only thing on my sandwich is Italian dressing and tomatoes so I had to drive all the way back into town to bring this back to y'all to have to wait 45 minutes more from my other sandwich to find out that y'all don't have the lettuce to put on it but I would like to thank the lady at the front desk I'm not sure who you are you are extremely kind and thank you very much for being kind to me but I will probably not be bringing my money back there ever again if I do it will be because of her and also after the time frame that I had to wait I would think that a refund would have been offered automatically but no refund was offered and I still had to drive all the way back to my house to bring me my food so in total I had to waste gas drive 16 miles wait an hour and 15 minutes for to order thank you but...

Ordered a large cheese sticks, hoagie, and 4 grilled chicken salads. The driver brought it, I even tipped him $10. Brought the food in, the hoagie was good. The salads were wrong. The cheese sticks were cooked hours earlier. Luke warm at best and no marinara and asked for 3. I called and Tamika answered the phone and she said they clearly got it wrong and would get the right salads out there with fresh cheese sticks. An hour and a half later I called back and she wouldnt even talk to me. She put the driver on the phone and all he did was say Tamika needs to do her job and not out me back on the phone again. Ordered 4 grilled chicken salads and large cheesesticks and received 4 regular salads. Cheesesticks were stale! Called for them to fix the order said they would an hour later never heard from them. They left us hangn and never called us back. Had to drive all the way back to get refund. Never will we eat nor recommend anyone to eat there!!! Plz don't respond with the same as u do every bad review u get. U will get with ur staff to make sure better service is provided.
