This morning me and my husband came for breakfast and got overcharged. when asked for the refund, the lady behind the counter (apparentally the manager) said she did not have the code to give out refunds. she was very rude about it, as if i was the one to enter it in the system correctly. she gave us extra food to make up for the difference which we did not want and did not eat... it went in the trash. later that day i called to hopefully speak to someone that could help me get my money back but it was the same lady that had overcharged us earlier.. she told me that the general manager is the only one that can give out refunds but shes only there once a week. and after today there is nothing they can do?? how is this acceptable?? i asked her how do they deal with customer service issues then ? and she says well we just dont mess up.... ok but she did? and i asked her when i could come in to talk to the general manager and she said whatever bye and hung up on me. i was shocked at how rude a "manager" could be to a customer. and how this company can allow such rude service. this location was a common stop for us every week when we drove by but i guess we will take our...

I sat down and waited A second female employee got off a booth with a blanket. It appeared she was sleeping She walked to the back office with blanket The guy that took my order took the blanket and went out to his truck A third employee brought my coffee to the counter I put cream and sugar and tasted the coffee, it was ice cold! I told the second male employee and was ignored I went back to sit and wait Ten minutes later I went up to stand at the counter. Read moreThe sign on the door clearly states that they are open 5am to 3pm for the dining room and 5am to 11pm for the drive through. I walk in at 12 noon there are customers at the tables and standing with recipients in hand waiting for their orders. I walk up to the register and I'm told that they have closed the dinning room. And that I will have to go through the drive through. I inform the lady that I'm a truck driver my vehicle will not fit the drive through. Also that I'm only getting a to go order and would not be using the dining room.
