Taco Bell — Restaurant in Nevada

The most funniest experience I’m a truck driver that is parked at a truck stop that’s Taco Bell is nest door literally. I called to see if their lobby is open at 10pm a young lady answered to confirm with me that the lobby is closed, ok what’s another option to be able to order food so she informed me that I have to download the app . Well my iCloud is not recognizing my password so I’m having problems downloading the app and I explain it to her what I’m experiencing she hung up the phone . So I walked up to the drive thru and opened the sliding glass door screaming if anybody there abt a minute later a lady to the drive thru window approached me I asked her if your the person that I was on the phone with that hung up on me and she confirmed so I ask her why you hung up on me after I informed you what I was experiencing she told me she felt offended what I was explaining to her what I was experiencing trying to download the app …….. I’m like REALLY that’s why you hung up ok. I went next door to Burger King and order food and literally eating the food that I’ve ordered while I’m making this review. ILL DEFINITELY WILL NEVER EVEN TRY TO ATTEMPT TO GET FOOD FROM THIS TACO BELL WHATSOEVER AFTER EXPERIENCING that. I’m not trying to make a big deal abt this but the manager hang up on you and you confront her on the matters and she tell you the reason why she hung up on you is because she don’t like the tone or the actuation that your presenting is wild . I wasn’t load obnoxious abt the situation because there’s others options to get...

A few weeks ago, i came here and i ate a crunchy taco and like a normal person i needed to go to the toilet. So when i made my way to the bathroom stall and started to take a number 2 i suddenly hear a guy next to my stall making whimpering sounds and then i hear squirting sounds and as i look down to my feet i see that he squirted on my stall aswell. ALL OVER MY GUCCI SHOES. I assumed he was done after that so i exit my stall and wash my hands and also my PRECIOUS GUCCI SHOES WHICH GOT RUINED. And suddenly i hear the stall open which he was in. MY HEAD NEVER TURNED SO FAST TO SEE WHO RUINED MY GUCCI SHOES AND WHO WOULD DO SUCH A THING IN A PUBLIC RESTROOM!!!!!!!!! Turns out it was some INDIAN WORKER and his name tag read out SHINO. And he started telling me about how relieved he was after jorking it off and how his shlong turned red BUT DID NOT APOLOGISE FOR RUINING MY GUCCI SHOES. THEN HE OFFERED ME TO JOIN HIM AFTER HIS SHIFT. I OBVIOUSLY SAID NO SINCE I WAS STILL PISSED ABOUT MY GUCCI SHOES CONTAINING HIS SPERM. After he proceeds to go back in the stall to call his “e-kitten” and started jorking to her while whimpering her name. i was HORRIFIED!!!!!! PLS SUE HIM...

Update: the manager Katrina saw my review and promptly got ahold of me to find a a solution that was very reasonable. I appreciate her time and effort to make it right and now give 3 stars for customer care and service.

Had a big order and was missing at least 1/4 of the food from my order including 6 bean and cheese burritos and 2 chips and cheese. I had asked the guy who handed me my food if that was everything and he assured me it was. Unfortunately I didn't take the time to double check as I was in a hurry after waiting for our food in the parking lot for about 10 minutes waiting for our order. When we got home and we realized they forgot alot of our order I tried to call to speak to a manager in regards to how to fix the mistake but there was no answer the phone just rings and rings I've called twice so far and reported it to corporate in hopes someone can find a solution and I can get a refund. The food we did receive was well made, mine was cold tho from dealing with trying to get ahold of literally ANYONE at tacobell.
